About this project
Hey! Nelsonvillains and Wind-Up Bird here. We need your help and here's why:
We're two experimental rock bands from New Paltz, NY! We want to go on tour and we'll be the first Salvation Recording Co. bands to ever do it! Unfortunately, we are also very poor. Therein lies the problem.
We will be leaving New Paltz on October 7th to embark on the first of what will be three longggg tours.
Most of the DIY venues we will be performing at will only be able to compensate us with a hot shower, a hot meal and warm place to sleep which is great but it's not going to get us around and feed us on those long drives.
It is going to be approximately 7000 miles (that's only the first two tours!). If gas prices stay at their current price, we are looking at astronomical expenses!
Also, we don't even have a reliable vehicle to do this in! Yet.
Right now, you might be asking yourself "Is fifteen hundred dollars enough?"
Honestly, it's probably not. But it's a start. That's what we need.These are tough times for everyone. We understand that. Your support can put us on the way to our dream.
