Printing, Gen Con, Addresses
Firstly I just want to say thank you to everyone who reached out to us after our last update. We really weren't looking forward to moving the deadline, but the community was still extremely supportive, and we are extremely grateful to all of you. There isn't too much to update you on, but it has been some time since our last update and I wanted you all to know that things are going smoothly right now.
Printing takes between 4-6 weeks which we're almost halfway through at this point. When the printing is finished we will be receiving a copy of the game with cutout pieces and the changes made from their first prototype copy that we got at the end of June. If this version checks out, they will take two more weeks to assemble everything and then on to the shipping containers it goes. I will be making updates at each of these major stages of the project, or if there is a delay that will set us back.
We are unfortunately not attending Gen Con this year. It was a fantastic time last year and odds are good we'll be returning next year. But if any of you reading this are attending, please make sure to visit the first exposure playtest hall. It is the perfect place for small developers like us to try out their new games, and for the public to try new games before they try to go to print. They will always appreciate your feedback and any help you give just helps to make the games better. Plus it's FREE!!!!
For those of you who are moving soon or think you might be, don't forget that you can still change your address in your backer survey. I'll be locking the addresses down when the copies leave the factory, and I'll be making regular reminders from this point forward but don't leave it till it's too late.
That's all for now I hope you're all having a great summer.
