"Slaughterhouse Slumber Party" is a passion project for us. It's definitely silly and insane, but the entire team is dedicated to making an amazing and hilarious film.
What's It About?
A group of gorgeous gal pals are horrified when one of their friends dies in a tragic naked pillow fight accident during their annual Slumber Party. Fearing legal repercussions, the ladies dump her body in a swamp and forge a runaway letter. A year later, the girls reunite to boob it up one more time with a saucy Slumber Party for the ages, only to have their party pooped by the vengeful spirit of their dear departed friend. Trapped by magic, surrounded by evil, and very underdressed; will they survive the night? Or will this Slumber Party become a Slaughterhouse?
Who's in it?
Only the best and most beautiful horror actresses working in the midwest scene.
Who's working on it?
Writer/Director: Dustin Wayde Mills
A filmmaker who's made it his mission to make movies he wants to see, and luckily for you those movies are creative, insane, colorful, and innovative. From the all puppet zaniness of "The Puppet Monster Massacre" to the foul and colorful antics of "Easter Casket" to the dark and disturbing artistry of "Applecart" and "Her Name Was Torment". "Slaughterhouse Slumber Party" will be his biggest film to date. It's a full tilt, high energy, sexy ride through territory paved by the likes of "Evil Dead II", "Hard To Die", "Ghostbusters", "Poltergeist", and "Slumber Party Massacre".
Special FX: Marcus Koch
A mad maestro of the macabre and a generous purveyor of the gory and gruesome! Marcus Koch is one of the most talented fx artists working today with credits including but not limited to the "American Guinea Pig" series, "Frankenstein Created Bikers", "We Are Still Here", and "100 Tears". Monsters, zombies, exploding heads, butchered bodies, and a curious amount of severed penises... Marcus does it all!

Risks and challenges
Every movie is a challenge, but this ain't our first rodeo. We're seasoned filmmakers, and we bring professionalism, flexibility, and ingenuity to the table. The only real risk is that if we don't raise the budget, we can't make the movie. This is important to all of us, and frankly the idea of not being able to make this film is terrifying.Learn about accountability on Kickstarter
