The end of May is upon us and it’s time to get you your rewards!
We’re busy packaging up your C.H.I.P.s, PocketC.H.I.P.s, and accessories and need to know where to send them! Shipping is around the corner and we’re sending final address confirmation emails over the next 24 hours. Check your inboxes!
To receive your C.H.I.P. Kickstarter rewards, you must confirm your address through CHIPPING: The Premiere C.H.I.P. Shipping Utility. An email with a link to CHIPPING is in your inbox. It’s simple, password-free and sends your information directly to our shipping partners. Follow the instructions within your confirmation email and your rewards (BackerKit add-ons included!) will be on their way before you know it!
IMPORTANT NOTE: You MUST use the link provided! Emailing email@example.com DOES NOT confirm your address.
We have teams hustling and bustling around the clock to make sure we begin shipping in May, starting with our Kernel Hacker Backers. Once you confirm your address and your rewards have shipped, you will receive an email notification and tracking number.
Please note that we are shipping in batches, and some backers' rewards may not ship until June.

There is an issue with the integration between ZenDesk, our customer service platform, and Kickstarter messages. We read and respond to every Kickstarter message, but have found that our responses through ZenDesk get lost instead of getting back to you. We are working to resolve the issue moving forward.
