Email ahoyahoy@nextthing.co if you haven't received a shipping notification. They quickly replied to my mail with tracking info.
I still haven't received my CHIPs yet, but at least I can see they're in the country.

      Sorry, 2 HDMI cables.

    3. Nick Spiers on

Who do I contact if part of my order is missing? I added in an HDMI cable and it didn't come with my 2 chips.

@Tom, @Robby, @Rainer, @Jared, @Thomas, Hi, I am a December backer. Hang in there! My chip took something near 3 weeks to arrive. I received the email telling me my CHIP was on its way the day before the CHIP itself arrived. Looks like they have bugs in the shipping process. Don't give up hope!

I am a February "Chipster" as you call it.

From your update "February C.H.I.P.sters have been sent address confirmation emails through BackerKit. "

      I have not received anything.

Jared, you are not the only one. I was suppose to receive my reward in January and it is February and I also have no tracking information or a CHIP.

    11. Jared Williamson on

So now that its feb I have no information or a CHIP. It looks like I am not the only one. Whats going on?

    12. LeRoy Miller on

I had a few problems getting my chip into FEL mode - I might have a bad ground or maybe a bad wire I was using (?) - I moved the wired to a different ground pin and that worked.
At any rate, I wanted to say the software works with Linux Mint 17.3 64bit mate desktop.

Do I need ubuntu? Can't I update it on Windows? Because that's all I have. And unfortunately, chip booted up once for me, and is no longer booting up again.

    14. Rainer Oellermann on

Looking forward to the delivery! Would be great if we can get a tracking number of some kind?

I am also a January backer, and have not received my CHIP or tracking info. Should I be expecting tracking info, or should I just be expecting my CHIP?

    16. Tom Hanna on

I'm a January backer and haven't received my CHIP or any tracking information.

Chris - the estimated shipping date is shown on the pledge level you initially selected. Click Campaign on this project, and scroll down through the pledge levels until you find the one you selected (should be darker green with 'You selected' on it).

(Also, it's probably worth explaining why some people have received them and others have not--does it work on a first-come, first-served basis?)

      Hi Guys.

I've felt a ton of confusion around shipping on this project. Personally, I have no idea when my CHIP will ship or if it has shipped.

      You write:

      > February C.H.I.P.s are on target to ship by early February, if not before. Lock in your address at chip.backerkit.com by this Friday to assure a swift shipment.

      > March C.H.I.P.s are still on target for March, but it can't hurt to update your address at chip.backerkit.com. Early bird gets the worm, or so we've been told.

I'm not sure if this means anything to backers. Did I pledge for a "February" CHIP? Did I pledge for a "March" CHIP? I don't know. I just backed the project.

Backerkit has no information other than that I've paid, and my address is correct.

Can you please explain how to find out when our CHIP(s) will ship?

Please clear this up--hopefully in a dedicated update.

      thanks
      Chris

I have mine, and it's quite impressive. Runs a lot smoother than the original couple of Raspberry Pi models. Wonder how it stacks up to a Pi2.

In any case, still waiting for the HDMI adapter, but I know that's going to be a later date for delivery.

      Great work, guys!
