Early in 2013, I was overwhelmed by the astronomical prices that original art was selling for at various auction houses and galleries across the world. With that in mind, I set out to give 365 pieces of original art back to anyone, anywhere in the world for free. But this project evolved into so much more than making art accessible. I realized half way through that I was doing a project about happiness and relationships. It made me understand even more how much joy and pleasure art brings to people's lives. For me, having a piece of original art was always about the inspiration and connection to the artist. However, the stories I've read from all of you have meant so much more and also made me better understand what I was doing and its importance to our continued globalization. Regardless of where you are in the world following the project, the true universal language we all shared is one through art.
That realization is truly the thing that helped motivate me to sacrifice countless nights and weekends to get through this project. I've grown and learned so much. My art has matured over the year and I've met some great people and developed new friends on and off of Facebook. I loved discovering more about each person that received the daily work, where they're from and what the piece meant to them.
My goal is to compile all the stories and 365 images into a book. To do so, I need to raise $11,000 to cover the production costs of 1,000 hardcover 9x12 inch books. If you enjoyed this project, I hope you'll consider supporting this vision. Every dollar helps and is very much appreciated. :)
The project has always been about giving back so I don't want to profit from the book. That's why I'm excited about supporting the Children's Creativity Museum in San Francisco to help inspire in some way to the next generation of artists
Again, I can't thank you enough for your likes, comments, shares, stories, purchases, donations, emails and overall support for the project and my art this year. It has truly meant the world to me. If you're able to further support the project by backing this Kickstarter initiative, it would be greatly appreciated!
Please help spread the word by sharing with your friends and family via social media, word-of-mouth, carrier pigeon, aerial banner sky ads... ;)

Risks and challenges
I don't foresee any issues once we get this project funded. I'm working with a great local printer in the San Francisco Bay Area, Global PSD, that estimates delivery of the book project in 60 days from the start of production.Learn about accountability on Kickstarter
