      That’s really strange...

      Someone called Dominic Wong replied to me and this is the transcript of the conversation. I was left hanging and no further follow up was done through the support email?

      My initial email to support:
      Re: My product arrived in Singapore customs since 17 December but there isn’t any delivery so far. I’ve waiting and waiting. Please advise as I believe I’ve already backed your product early on in the Kickstarter project.

      @Dom, we've checked through support emails and don't see a message. Please email us again and we will check our folders (sometimes messages go to spam). In most cases with international packages, USPS will hand off the package to each respective courier (SingPost in your case). If there is a delay it generally has to do with how the address was posted and/or the item is stuck in customs. If the item is not able to be delivered, it will get sent back to us. Please send us an email again and we'll make sure to look into this for you. Thanks for your patience!

      SingPost has asked me to wait five working days to see if the item has arrived but until today it still has not arrived.

      Hi I had received my wallet 2 weeks ago. But did not get the stretch goal lanyard. I pledged only for the wallet. So was wondering if the stretch goal only applied for backers who pledged for the full package (wallet+pen+booklet)? Supposedly the stretch goal should applied to every backers for every wallet they pledged. Shouldn't it?

      I only found out about this after I called singpost, Singapore's postal service partner for USPS. Unlike tampines case, they are unable to help me trace my package. Currently it is still missing since last Dec 5

      I think they've used USPS service that only offers tracking at the country of posting. Once the package reaches the destination country all tracking is off. Happened to my direct purchase r

      Dom, happened to me twice, my tracking apps showed that, it has landed in Singapore and i waited 5 days for it to be updated into that singpost apps. It didn't show and i called in to their help desk and demand they do a tracing of the items, they will give u a case ID and inform you of the outcome, lucky it was found 24hrs after the complain and delivered within 3 days.

      It took like 10 days including weekend from the time it arrived in sg to my letter box

      My two wallets have been sitting in Torrance, CA exactly ONE MONTH!!!!!!! I know it is not Dango fault and shipping worked well year ago for T01 wallets. I would say a massive fuck up from USPS to ship to Europe.

      @charlie the item is still the same status as before. There’s no change to it. It still says item in transit. Same as y last post. Singpost asked me to wait a few working days as they’re unable to track it but I’m just finding it strange that I’ve been waiting for almost two months without sight of the item. There’s no unable to deliver item slip informing me that they tried to deliver to me but couldn’t deliver it either.

      @tampines I’ve just called singpost but they’ve told me it’s a US delivery so they’re unable to track it. I didn’t receive an intel unable to be delivered notice slip at my doorstep either. Which is weird. What did you do to get a hold of the item?

We're sorry if this is causing issues for some and we really will do our best to get everyone set up. @Giampaolo, thanks for the message, we'll get it taken care of! @Tom, Tampines and Lukas, thank for your help.       Shipping doesn't deserve a gold medal, but this is not the fault of Dango but USPS (Ok, maybe Dango as well, since they chose for USPS). I noticed in the Netherlands that USPS delivered to PostNL (another postage disaster) and then marked the package as delivered. some days later the package was actually delivered to my mailbox.

      I hope next time Dango will use DHL or UPS to send items (for a bit more money for all I care.)

      Hello Sir,

      USPS does not work in my country and therefore my packages have been sent via International Registered Mail. They do not have any contact number or support to Kuwait.

      My country’s customs informed that there is no track of the package reaching Kuwait and it is likely that it is lost even though the tracking says it has reached Kuwait International Airport more than 2 weeks ago.

      What should be done now? I have been visiting the customs office almost on a daily basis since then and there are no packages under my name in their transit/to be delivered.

      FYI, product was shipped more than a month ago. (~Dec 5, 2017).

      What should I do? I paid a premium international shipping fee for Registered Mail!

      Awaiting your recommendation..

      Hello, I received my wallet which I really like. I thought that we were also supposed to receive the paracord for the pen as a stretch goal? I did not get one. Can you please let me know if that was supposed to be sent? It it REALLY hard to get the pen out without it. Thanks

      Hey Charlie,
      First have a great 2018, make it bring you and your company a lot of great successes!
      Now to my wallet, I received my wallet before christmas (was out of the country but thanks for the good delivery), I really love it, even tho I received the wrong color (ordered black, got tanned leather). but I think in the end it looks better then I expected.

      Pro: -Great size, even with 12 cards, cash (70 euros in notes), notebook and pen it is great
      -Stitching and leather are of great quality
      -Feels durable, and after watching the movie once, all slots make perfect sense.
      -Really an eye catcher which makes my EDC more complete

      Con:-Received the wrong color (maybe also a pro;))
      -Notebook is (even after the instruction) a nightmare to insert, since the cover is a bit
      too weak

      Tried so hard to get used to the wallet, even carried it around for 3 weeks, but unfortunately couldn't do it. It was much easier to get cards and cash out of my old tactical wallet.
      Only noticed all the issues when it got into my hands for some real world testing.
      It was too bulky for my taste, since 4 Layers of leather made it too thick, and not to mention I don't need that many pockets. There was also no way to secure it to the tether like the civilian model.
      But it was honestly so much fun mixing and matching different places to try and find my preferred layout for cards, cash, and the notebook. Also I discovered that there is a coins pocket in between the layers of the front side of the wallet.
      Probably gonna wait for the next sale or coupon code and get the tactical wallet which I lost a while back before this campaign started. Will probably gift this to someone who might like it.

      Thanks for making great products, even if this last one didn't agree with me. :D

      I've been using it about three weeks now. I've put 4 cards in the inside left slot(no multi-tool, that way I can push cards for easier access), notebook on right, and my most used credit card in the easy back slip, with nothing in front to ruin looks. Oh and also five notes (20s) folded into three under strap inside. Don't like being without cash. It works well and have already got several comments on it but it definitely isn't slim, nor is it very bulky. Somewhere inbetween.. would love to hear how others are using it as well though!

      Well, been using mine since I got it and I love it. Don't use the notebook but have the pen inserted. Carry about 6 cards and cash. Although the wallet isn't super slim it is by no means bulky and fits in my front pocket fine. Always having a pen is another bonus too and it still smells good. Awesome job guys.

      Got mine today (UK!) after paying £15 in customs charges, but that's not your fault. Really pleased with the quality of the item but it will take some experimenting with cards/cash to get it set up right. Would welcome any other backers' input or ideas as to how they've filled theirs - is there a Facebook group or similar?

      Just got mine today. Like it a lot. The only problem is the rubber band is really tight when it covers the wallet. Not so much when it only on one side. Love the note book that has the dots in it. Great for sketching. Overall it's very well done. Good job Charlie and the team. Looking forward for another project. Happy holidays!
