INSIDE THE WOODEN COLLECTORS EDITION
The collectors edition of Cadaver contains 108 play cards enough for up to 6 players to ressurect the dead!
The wooden box edition is a special kickstarter option. These laser-cut boxes are made by our friends at www.basicallywooden.co.uk, and are beautifully constructed and hand-finished. You also have an option to have your name engraved on the lid of the box, making each version unique to its owner!
This game is not designed to offer many expansions or extra components, so we are not offering lots of stretch goals. However, we will upgrade the card stock and finish if we hit our one stretch goal target. Any extra money after that will be plowed into our next project!
UNLOCKED! - £6000 - Solo game rule PDF released to all backers.

Kedric Winks, the designer of Cadaver, has put together this play video so you can quickly grasp the key concepts and play behind the game Cadaver. Over to you Kedric!
The setup for Cadaver is very easy. Every player receives 5 cards at random from a central deck. Then 2 of each arcane resource (2 brains, 2 potions & 2 scrolls) are placed face up in the center of the table.
Cadaver is played over several rounds, with each player taking a turn. A turn consists of:
1. Play up to 2 Cards from your hand.
2. Draw 2 cards from the deck or resource piles or a combination of both as long as you draw only 2 cards. Only players who manage to lay any accomplices (mad scientist = potions, witch doctor = brains, wizard = scrolls) are allowed to draw these central resources.
3. Trade with other players.
If you manage to raise a corpse during your turn you return all of the arcane resources to the resource piles in the center of the table. You score the corpse at the end of the game. The player with the highest score wins!
We are offering the following add-ons:

Kedric Winks is an independent games designer who is finding his stride. Only discovering gaming in his late twenties, he almost immediately transitioned from player to designer. Originally inspired to write games as a way to challenge industry conventions, Kedric now has to write games to keep all the ideas from taking over his limited brain space.
Project Manager for Triple Ace Games
Robin Elliott is co-owner of Triple Ace Games and has many years experience working in the games industry as a designer and artist. He now manages all of Triple Ace Games' tabletop projects and continues to create his own game inventions when he has spare time, which is not often enough!
Augustinas Raginskis is a Lithuanian born illustrator and is a product designer, graphic designer and illustrator. After attending art and design focused schools, he graduated with a degree in design from Vilnius Art Academy in 2015. Throughout most of his studies he also continued deepening his knowledge and skill in various art mediums on his own, eventually switching to digital media and proceeding to work as a freelancer on independent games and various illustration projects. His work is the combination of the roots in traditional art mediums and design together with digital illustration, which is his passion.
We know how great Cadaver is and want to share the game with you! We've also asked several gaming press sites and blogs for their opinion of Cadaver - we'll add their comments as the campaign continues.

"In true Triple Ace Games style, a really cool little card game with a set collection element with a take that element... Triple Ace Games have just nailed it on this one!"

Board Know More
Father and son team, Mike & David talk about games and have been kind enough to review Cadaver!
"The artwork is not gory or scary so is fine for younger players. I really like the art style and its nice not having any text on the cards so you can see the full picture. Not having the text on the cards makes it easier for younger players to pick up and play.

REVIEWS FROM R'LEH
A blog dedicated to reviews of RPGs and their supplements, with an emphasis on Call of Cthulhu and other Lovecraftian inspired games. All leavened with the occasional board and card game review.
"In comparison to earlier card games from Triple Ace Games, Cadaver: A Game of Lighthearted Necromancy is very light.... This is not to demean Cadaver, which is a pleasing if simple game. It does play better with more players and with more cards, so that it is better game with two decks even if there are two or three players, but four players seems a good number."
Risks and challenges
The design and all of the artwork has been completed for Cadaver, so we know exactly what will be going into the final product. We also have a great deal of experience in the field of games publishing. We learned a lot from publishing the Rocket Race card game, and we think we can deliver this project without problems.
However, things can go wrong with anything that goes into a manufacturing process. We have identified that delays in artwork delivery and delays in manufacturing could happen. So we have allowed additional time in our schedule to enable us to navigate any delay issues. If all goes to plan, we may even be able to deliver the project a little sooner.
We understand the printing process as we have printed a good number of books and games previous to this project, and we know how to communicate our ideas to the printer. We have discussed proofing requirements, so we know that when the printing press is started our product will match our specification requirements.
With projects like this there is nearly always something that costs more so it is good business sense to have some contingency for this, which we have built in to our costs.
No matter what problems may occur we will always keep our backers and supporters informed of all issues so that you are aware of the situation and how we are dealing with it.Learn about accountability on Kickstarter
