More Screenshots from Sunken Sanctum, Community Q&A #7, and Boogie's Interview with Brad

Prior to streaming on the Rob & Dan Show earlier this week Vu informed me that he had gutted his earlier work on Sunken Sanctum and had started redesigning it. I initially thought he might have gone temporarily mad, but after he sent me these screenshots I think he made the right choice. Check 'em out for yourself.

Community Q&A Video #7

As an extra bonus for scrolling through all those crazy cool pics, may I present... Community Q&A Video #7, straight from Brad.

Boogie2988 Interviews Brad

If you didn't catch Boogie's interview with Brad today, let me tell you, it was something else. Possibly one of the most touching developer interviews we've seen in the MMO space in, well, as far back as I can remember. Thanks again, Boogie, and a huge thank you to the Pantheon community. This has been an amazing month for all of us in so many ways.

Enough words. Must. Watch. Video.

To end things off today, we'll be moving the Q&A vids from the main page to their own separate page. You'll find a link to them from the main site later tonight. We'll use that space to host the Curse interview, the Rob & Dan Show vid, and the Boogie interview.

Best interview I've seen a Dev give. I already liked and respected Brad, but this took it to a whole new level.

Wow, what an amazing and genuine interview! Thank you Brad for giving us a real insight to your passion and drive. I am also very appreciative of you sharing with us a part of your personal life which is really none of our business. Throughout the interview, you had me smiling and (I hate to admit it) nearly brought tears to my eyes at one point. Very touching. If anyone wants know a little about Brad McQuaid as a person, then they need to watch this. Thanks again for sharing your stories as well as your design philosophy behind Pantheon, and thanks to Boogie for a conducting a great interview.

Reminds me of the Sarnak fort in LOIO. Good times were had there. Good times, but...painful....painful times.

That's the sign of a good zone designer; knowing something isn't working out right and being willing to scrap it and starting over from scratch.

I can't help but feel like some of these shots look almost exactly like Qalia in Vanguard. Not that that's a bad thing!

The interview with Boogie was absolutely awesome. Anybody that is on the fence that doesn't pledge after watching that video is not worth having as a gamer in Pantheon.

@Convo yes, I couldn't agree more. It's a fact, the more dedicated and high expectations set by the developers and designers will make this game stand out for the target audience!

These are the things that fund Kickstarters! Looks really good. I like how Vu said it wasn't good enough. High expectations and accountability will take this game to a whole new level.
