      how about adding signed, custom character artwork and Unique in game appearance to the Ascendant's pledge tier.

      Pathfinder is a no brainer. Brad everyone loves cloth maps. Just a suggestion. ;)

      I agree! I've still got my original EQ cloth map - back from the Verant days! :D

      What do you intend to do if existing tier limits are expired? Increase their number? Or will you be adding new tiers at a higher price for the same thing as the ones that ran out of limited slots? Also, I'm pleased to see a focus on rewards that do not incur significant expense or manpower. Focusing on physical goods is one of the biggest mistakes I see projects do. They require so much work and money to fulfill that should be going to the project, itself, instead.

      Continued luck.

      If the intention of raising the $800k via crowdfunding is to leverage traditional backing, what will happen if that traditional backing doesn't come through? It seems that you suggest you can still deliver at $800k, if you have to?

      Also, though I backed at a higher price, I would strongly encourage a revisit to the lowest price point that a copy of the game is provided at. You should do this while the iron is still hot, instead of losing out on a lot of hit and run visitors who will see $45, decide it is too much to drop this far in advance, and move on. If you're using this crowd-funding as a tool to demonstrate support, then both overall amount raised *and* number of people backing is vital to showing that support. The best way to do that is a lower "just get the game" entry point. You can make up for that lower point by offering higher tiers with more options that should average out.

      It may be too late to structure this, but I think the way I would advise is as follows:

      $20 - Get the game at launch, with a 30 day subscription.

      $30 - Get the game at launch, with a 30 day subscription + access to the beta.

      $45 - Get the game at launch, with a 30 day subscription + the beta + the alpha.

      There'll be a lot of us who are happy to back at $45, anyway, but I'm thinking more of the opportunity left on the table by making it so steep.

      In fact, you could probably just add a note at the top of the page that says the existing $20 tier also comes with the game, then add a $35 that says beta, then leave the $45 as it is. That would allow you to restructure without wiping the project and starting over.

      Looking forward to your succcess. I'm at my wits end with backing kickstarters due to so many of my 600 backed projects completely blowing up in the past six months, but this was a no-brainer that I had to back. It might get me to love MMOs again.

      Seumas has some good suggestions. A lower bar of entry is vital for Kickstarter success. I think he's right that $20 plus including the game+one month is something you should seriously consider.

      Really, dumb question... But if your tier offers Alpha Access, I assume that means Beta as well?

      I'm excited about this game! I really hope we do diplomacy like in Vanguard, or something like it! That would be amazing among all the other things that I am looking forward to!

      @Famdari, yes, alpha and beta.

      @Seumas - wonderful suggestions! Will take a closer look at them.
