Forgingames is a young development team which was established in September 2015. We are united by an interest in the gaming industry and the desire to develop vivid and memorable games. A year ago, we started developing a game called Furious Jack and look forward to your support in completing this project.

- We love hand-drawn graphics and animation, and we want to create a high-quality image. We were inspired by games such as Comix Zone, Street of Rage, Castlevania Symphony of the Night. And we want to create a non-linear ‘beat ‘em up’ and introduce a variety of branched levels.
Our team is a group of friends who dream of creating video games. Gathered together, we spent our spare time for a year working on our first game - Furious Jack. After a year of hard work based on pure enthusiasm, we realized that keeping the team and finishing the game would be very difficult without the help of the Kickstarter community.
In the end, we realized that we have to devote all our time to our work or it would be very difficult to complete the game. We have to spent not only our free time but also a lot of money and the cost of the development became more than our daily earnings.
The help of the Kickstarter community will help us to devote all our time to the development as well as provide us with the necessary funds for production costs.
We appreciate your opinion and comments. We really want to create a game that will please both you and us, and we believe that with your help, we will succeed. If there is something in a project that you do not like or you think that you have a good idea for the game, we are happy to listen to you and try to improve.
We hope with your help to release a working beta build of the game in the summer of 2017 and the final version in the fall of 2017. The game will be available on all major platforms, only thanks to you.
Risks and challenges
Game Development is very difficult and costly work. And often, developers cannot reasonably estimate the time and amount of future work. It would be a mistake to think that our project will not have some problems. But the good news is that most of the preliminary work is completed. During the initial development, we have managed to assemble a team of enthusiasts, all dedicated to the work of the dream.
The greatest risk is that in order to polish the game, we will have to move the release date. We are fully aware of the importance of respecting the deadline, so the community continues to believe in the project and support us. The game means to us a lot, because it is also the work of our dreams and we believe that the quality of the final product is important to you, as well as us. We will do everything possible to release the game in this period without affecting the quality of the project.
