The game is made up of 252 cards divided into 4 types:
- Payroll cards earn the player money
- Large cards represent money
- Act cards allow players to attack, defend or gain an edge over other players
- Juice cards are the victory points for the game
If you like card games like BANG! and Dominion, Mob City: The Card Game is the game for you. Players are mob bosses, fighting over control of the city. They build their own decks from a large pool of cards. Payroll cards allow them to earn money and buy Juice points to win the game. They can also buy cards that allow them to put a hit on each other, defend themselves and give themselves an advantage over their opponents. If a player successfully whacks an opponent, the player takes the opponent's Juice points. Players can work with each other to target a particular opponent or choose to go it alone. Our video explains more of the game, if you're interested.

"So many deck-builders just feel lonely. You’re sitting there doing your thing and building combo chains and scoring things and buying stuff but the PvP element is kind of dry. ... But not in Mob City. There is no loneliness. You can, after the first few turns, immediately jump into the thrashing part of the game.
All three stages of this game just feel fun. The start-game power grabs, the mid-game strategizing and even the endgame murderfest are all fun to play.
So does this game innovate in the arena of deck-builders? Yes. Because it took the deck-building mechanic and made it a party game/opener that has all the volume, mayhem and assholery of Ca$h ‘n’ Gun$ but with a little more strategy and surprisingly, a bit more depth." - Anthony Johnson, RollToSit.com
"This game was way more fun than Dominion. I loved that it took elements that I'm familiar with like weapon attacks and victory point collection and put them together. I loved gambling and strategizing my card purchases in game." - Karen Francisco, university student/gamer
"This game is great! I couldn't stop laughing while we were playing. I never knew what a Sicilian necktie was until I played this game. Gross. Awesome, but gross." - Michael Francisco, high school student/gamer

UNI.vs Games uses The Game Crafter to make the game and fulfill the orders. They are located in Madison, WI, which is why shipping is cheaper to the U.S. than Canada, even though we are a Canadian company. The Game Crafter has participated in many Kickstarter tabletop games and are both quick and reliable.
The game is fully designed and ready for printing. Once payment is received from Kickstarter, the order will be placed and manufacturing will begin. We list February 2015 as the *latest* estimated delivery date. The games will most likely be completed and sent out earlier.Learn about accountability on Kickstarter
