This Property is Condemned: 3 Short Plays
by Tennessee Williams
The lesser known short plays of Tennessee Williams are some of the most illuminating, spirited pieces of his writing, and conversely, rarely ever produced. We have found 3 of those plays that speak to each other about the vibrant desperation that lies within every human spirit - from the perspective of two children, a dying woman, and a couple madly in love.

Domestic Construction's design.plot, was recently saved from becoming a parking lot among other parking lots, and is now a community garden, performance space, and workshop. We will be the very first theatrical production to appear in this awesome venue, and we couldn't be more excited! Located in Greenpoint, Brooklyn conveniently right off the Greenpoint Avenue G train.
More than just a night of theater, we are weaving into the celebration the glories of food and drink, live music from a few of our local favorites, and unique hand-crafted folk art.
Even more of a good time will be had as our performances will be sandwiched by some local funky folk bands. If you know them, you know you don't want to miss out. If you don't, come and discover some insanely talented musicians!

An evening full of southern hospitality wouldn't be complete without a fully stocked open bar with signature Tennessee Williams inspired cocktails, as well as locally catered foods to nibble for your enjoyment.
If this is not enough to please and titillate the senses, we will provide all our guests with the opportunity to build something of their very own. Audience can interact by creating their own folk art to either add to the production's set design or take home with them as a token from the nights festivities.
ALL EVENINGS WILL BE ENTIRELY FREE OF CHARGE!
We simply request your presence and your pre-Tennessee Williams Weekend support to:
