Lightnin' Seed, a folk duo that sings songs about plants, storms, and natural phenomena, is releasing their first album. Called "Musica Millefolia", it will be a 12 track CD with songs about stone root, St. John's wort, tomatoes, morning glories, bears, the Rocky mountains, fish, the revolution, ghosts, birds, dandelions, droughts, and storms.
Check out a five song sampler, available here for free download.
And two newer songs.
We've already recorded our album. Now we need to mix it, have it mastered, and put together the packaging and liner notes. We'll use your donations to pay a sound engineer, an artist to design the cover, and to make 1000 copies of the CD.
