Mike is a professional chef with more than 20 years experience in the restaurant business. With his mother Luann he owned and operated Lulu’s Bakery and Café for 15 years. In January of 2006, Mike and his business partners sold Lulu’s allowing them to begin construction on Green Vegetarian Cuisine, San Antonio’s first vegetarian restaurant. Currently Green Vegetarian Cuisine has 3 locations in San Antonio and Houston.
