Multiple Protagonists - Trixie is a brilliant young retired secret agent, strong mentality, intuitive and the captain of a mercenaries spaceship. Flint is a... delivery man. He goes from job to odd jobs. His worst enemy... the alarm clock.
Multiple endings - You have the power to write the story, with complete freedom of approach and it's your choices which change the game. There will be a great replayability. Depending on your choices. Like on the Mass Effect games or Blade Runner point'n click game. Multiple possibilities and endings for Trixie and Flint during their journey!
Not For Kids - Complex relationships will be explored with themes of family, loss, and identity influenced by horror with blood contents, sci-fi, and mystery genres. StarFlint is an adult-themed video game. The player can make choices that will lead him to see some nude scenes.
A galaxy far far away - Explore the galaxy aboard your custom spaceship and with your alien crew. You will meet many intriguing and suspicious aliens characters, in an universe where races are multiple with their own culture. You will explore a wide range of planets, each different from the other, all even more dangerous than the other.
The executives will not be paid with the kickstarter, only artists will be.
A deadly space pirate named Trixie and Flint, a not very important dude, are poles apart. But, a strange blackhole changes Flint and makes him save Trixie and her crew. Indeed, the Order, a strange space dictatorial police, is after the space pirates. And for some not so obvious reasons. This encounter will alter the path of their destiny, make them meet a lot of alien species and force them to discover many mysteries and conspiracy.
Trixie is intuitive and fearless, she through herself in the land of freelancers. She's be rapidly wanted by a bunch of mobsters and few interstellar agencies. Surrounded by a tight and dedicated crew, eachone of them for his own reason, she's well renowned.
Flint is an ordinary man, locked in his daily life, without great ambition. He supported himself with odd jobs and only dare to escape dreaming of absurd greatness.
Our point'n click offers different purposes and choice to customize your adventure, include through meetings with various NPCs. We thus take into Mass Effect references, but we distinguish our project by his 2D cartoon style. We cover a broad range of topics that not be suitable for the younger audience. So we are developing this series with uncensored adult content that include nudity scenes.
The game will initially support PC / Mac and localized in French and English. We plan to add more platforms especially iOS and Android after the desktop version is released. We are also looking into the possibility of Steam and Console support and Linux but for now Unity 5 export is a little bit unstable and we will have to make some tests before, to be sure to provide you the best quality possible.
Everything is interactive! The animations aim to be cartoonish, the caracters movements are not repetitives but in full adequacy with their environments.
All this with a nice dose of humor, violence and sex.
You'll be prompted to customize your spaceship in order to accommodate more people, expand your crew and so, open up new possibility, side quests and new places to explore.
This is a game about your choices and how they permanently affect their story. We want to deliver a rich narrative experience about relationships with delightful surprises and interactions.
The NPC will remember you, what you have said to them and how you behaved with them. Following your choices, some will become friends and others, all the contrary, will try to trick you. Each decisions, choices or dialogs would have it importance and will have heavy consequences in certain cases. Death lurks, waiting its next visit.
All in all, it is more than 40 to 60 NPC what are waiting you and with whom you will be able to interact and dialog with. It is more than 60 colorfull and animated backgrounds.
StarFlint the Blackhole Prophecy is set in a futuristic world where humanity and the alien races coexist.
We were inspired by the science fiction movies from the 90's and 2000 as Firefly, Star Wars, H2G2, the fifth element, Gremlins, Back to the futur, Cowboy Bebop, where the characters are not all white or all black. They wear slinky outfits and where robots aned technologies are used for sciences, explorations and military fields.
By choosing this cartoon look, we discarded the heavy dramatic feel while keeping the originality and character related to science fiction. Our main cartoon inspiration are directly related to the point'n click game as The Curse Of Monkey Island, Day Of The Tentacle or the first episodes of the Broken Sword and games like Mass Effect. In addition, our game is intended for an adult audiences who does not want to be censored.
The cartoon look help us to enhance the feelings and the personalities of all our caracters. It help us to offer you animations in total adequacy with the surroundings and to manage lots of cutscenes in order to better tell you the story.
We want to create a real cartoon style animation games! Mixing the themes, we achive the artistic direction we desire for StarFlint the Blackhole Prophecy.
So why Kickstarter? Because we can’t do it alone... We need you! We need the help of a larger community in order to realize the dream of producing StarFlint. Video gaming is our passion and the wonderful Kickstarter community offers the possibility of creating a broader and deeper story than we have the resources to craft on our own.
For the past two years we've been doing our best to provide the BEST quality graphic EVER by searching talents and professionals all around the WORLD! We sent a thousand emails ! From Russia to Brazil through Africa !
We believe in this project more than anything !! And for this, we did not hesitate to wet the shirt !
We have designed environments and characters, outlined the story and the game is ready to be brought to life.
This is the game we've always wanted to play as a gamer. This is the project we've been excited to make for years, and now we are ready to transform that dream in a reality. But we can’t do it without your help!

The plan is to have the game in alpha by winter '16. This would allow us to time to create final art, animation, sound, music, polish the game, and possibly add voice acting for a launch in Spring '17.
The game requires continued writing, storyboarding, design, game design, illustration, coding, modeling of sets, character rigging, character animation, sound design, music composition, and with the stretch goals, voice talent. All these things are needed to complete the game and this requires focus and time, critical luxuries as a freelancer. The initial goal will afford us these two opportunities. The higher stretch goals will open the doors to a fully realized version with all the bells and whistles.
Paying Skilled and Passionate Artists - This is a passion project for us, but other friends and professionals need to be compensated for their tremendous talents.
Company and Operating Costs - Operating a business, Licensing, Equipment, Living Costs and Bills require a fair chunk of money and time.
Testing, Refining, and Polishing - Beta testing, integrating Feedback from the Community and using everything that we have to produce a game we've been dreaming of for years.
Stunmason Games is a creative studio of French Canadian video games. Our goal is to release quality games that we will be proud of. We will bring a touch of glamor to our apps and a lot of dreams. We are committed to entertain and to speak to an adult audiences who does not want to be censored. In the manner of current big titles, we will propose various romances and scriptwriting frames in our productions that will be directly influenced by the choices made by players.

Risks and challenges
To ensure us the success of the project, only artists will be paid. So, all the funds raised will only be used for the realisation, the improvement of the game and to pay the services of professionnals in fields that we do not master (Sounds, traductions, voice actings,...).
To minimise the risks, we have created Stunmason Games. A firme witch only goal is to realise Starflint. Doing so, we are able to pay less taxes and to only pay the accrued liabilities.
Every artists involved in the game are experienced in their fields. This knowledge and our analizes anable us to predict and anticipate all the aspects of the production. Our organisation is professionnal and we will fully respect the deadlines that we have set. Neither an artist nor a technician, I've managed a casino for nearly ten years in Montreal, Canada. I know how the respect a budget and avoid all unnecessary spendings/Costs. So I would be responsible for all administration and accounting. Another good point is that we do not work in an office which further reduces costs. All the money on the project really goes to basics.
To ensure a total success and a foolproof flexibility, we are using Unity 5 as video game engine. even if it doesn't need any introcuction, it is a powerful tool that allows us all fantasies at both animations and programming. The biggest benefits of using Unity are a trusted engine with a lot of 1st & 3rdparty support. More importantly, Unity is very flexible, and will make it much easier to support other platforms in the future including: iOS, Android, PS4, ONE...
In the end, with the minimum requested, we make sure we can achieve at least the game above an average level eventhough without achieving all our goals. Our most epic challenge will make you dream through the adventures of Trixie and Flint.
