Have a question?
Is there a code for backers to use for the Mac App Store version?
I am enjoying the Twitterrific App guys and gals. I download and installed no problem and feel like this is a wonderful come back for Ollie. More updates and features are coming I know so I’m chill on waiting. It’s cool to Twitter now on a 24 inch screen instead of a 4.7inch iPhone 6.
Philip, Not yet - but that will be coming soon for sure.
Last thing, is there a way to Keep Timeline Scrolled to Top?
Philip, I can't say for sure if either of those two things will come to pass, but I'll add them to the list! Thanks!
1. Will there be a Dark at Night mode?
2. Would it be possible to get the Project Phoenix Icon for the Menu Bar?
3. Thank you for the TURBO feature, did not know how I Twitter'd before it. Much appreciated.
John, We had no problem submitting the app for High Sierra so you should be okay. That being said, there are general problems with the iOS release that you should google and learn more about before deciding to upgrade. Many of us here internally have not made the jump yet. Just a word of caution.
Been hearing some chatter about Mac App Store not accepting apps submitted from High Sierra. Should I stay in Sierra until after I download the release version you’ll be emailing us?
Where can I download teh latest version as a backer? Not had emails for a while. Thanks
@Reerso Can't give a specific date yet but we're shooting for early October. Stay tuned.
HI, Final retail version, Date?
Very much looking forward to the release (hopefully soon!)
I'm sooo excited for this project! I expected to see more comments in here :) I really wish I backed the pledge level for betas.
My Beta copy is expired, how do I get an updated copy? I've installed all of the new versions as you've released them...
What should I do about getting this error:
"Phoenix can't be updated when it's running from a read-only volume like a disk image or an optical drive. Move Phoenix to Applications folder using Finder, relaunch it from there, and try again."
I do have the app in my Applications folder and it is not read-only.
Just received my t-shirt, stickers and thank you card. LOVE IT! Thanks for making day. Glad I got a chance to be a part of this.
@Rogier We spent last week refactoring some internal components so there wasn't much new functionality to release. We also spent quite a bit of time not programming: but we got the T-shirt orders sorted out :-)
The weekly Friday updates dried up a bit?
No we don't have a Slack or any other forum, really. We thought about it, but felt it'd be too distracting. For now we're just collecting feedback in one place: firstname.lastname@example.org
Is there a slack or another source of discussion on the betas? I'd love to talk about on how it's been going.
@peter You'll only see the survey if you backed at the $30 level or greater. To complete the survey, click "View pledge" then select"Survey" next to the "Reward" tab. As for the beta, just hang on until the next release which should be the end of this week and keep an eye on your spam folder. Thx.
Hi there. Do you have a link to the survey? I also don't seem to be able to find the email with my beta code. Is there a way to recover that information within Kickstarter? My email SPAM folder is emptied fairly regularly and I'm afraid I won't be able to recover it.
That's exactly where it was, Sean. I should have checked there first!
Fish & Rogier, if you backed at the $30 level or greater you should have received a beta email with your registration code. if not, check your spam filter, might have been caught.
Do you plan to have beta codes for everyone in the beta tier this week? Or are you going to roll them out over the next couple weeks?
I want my beta too!!
Aaaahhhh! Finally the Twitterific feeling on the Mac. Good job, guys!
The plan is to publish an update late this week. We're pretty close to a first beta.
Any chance we could get another update? It's getting close to a month from the previous.
Update. I got a final email from kickstarter and his time the respond link worked and I got the survey done. Yea!
I've gotten two emails from KS saying I need to fill out a survey that Twitterrific creator needs info. Every time I click respond in the email it opens my KS app but only to the home page. Is there a survey you need to be done and is so, where can I find it?
@Matt We'll be posting up backer surveys for shirt sizes and mailing addresses soon. Stay tuned!
Thanks for the update today, looks like it's all coming along very well indeed and thanks for all your hard work!
Are there any details about the physical rewards in particular the t-shirts?
@Doug, we'll be posting something soon showing our current progress. It'll be rough to be sure but it will show the current state of the Phoenix union so-to-speak. Try and hang in there, thx!
Last update I see is from April 11. Would be great to see something monthly or so (I know that's a couple more days), especially screenshots of the new app (even if dev versions). I appreciate what you guys are doing.
Super excited for this! Is there an ETA on the 1st beta?
I like the change of app icon to dark mode. Hope others follow your example.
Your use of COLOR in Twitterrific is highly underrated. I use Twitter (official app) and Tweetbot on my Macs and neither comes close to providing the same user experience. Can't wait for Beta #1, thanks!
@scott No, unfortunately iPulse is not voice over accessible. Sorry :-/
@doug we're waiting on the final list of paid backers from Kickstarter. Once we have that in hand then we can begin the process of sending out software rewards. Will take a bit of time to generate registrations for everyone though so please be patient. Thanks.
I know Twitterrific will be accessible to VOiceOver users, but I was curious about iPulse and if it is accessible. :) Thanks

It would be helpful since our cards have been charged, if you could give us an idea of the rough timeline for the extra software licenses for those of us that pledged at that level. I'm pretty excited about Xscope here actually lol. Looking forward to everything though, thanks!
There won't be an official roadmap but we plan to make regular updates to keep everyone apprised of our progress. Watch for something soon.
Thanks for the response! Any idea when/if backers will get a rough road map of the next 6 months? Always helpful to set expectations :-)
Congrats again on the funding!
We're thinking we're going to deliver iPulse and probably also xScope to the relevant backers even before the first beta, but we still have to sort out all the logistics here, so any number of things might change up the plan. Certainly both will be delivered well before the final deliverable date.
Quick question: for those that backed a level that includes iPulse; will that be distributed before the beta test so it can be used during testing, or will that be at the end with the final deliverable?
Sorry, it's not done yet - but it is started! :P
Is it done yet? What about now? Now? *sigh*
