White Balloon is a heartfelt and hard-hitting documentary feature chronicling the life of Nihad Ademi, who returns home to Bosnia and Herzegovina to reconstruct a dark chapter of his hazy past when he was a prisoner of war in the terrifying concentration camp Omarska. This is not a harrowing portrait of a world gone wrong, but a true story of hope, goodness, and redemption.
What We Are Asking For:
White Balloon is partially funded. We are only asking for $27,000 CDN on Kickstarter, which is less than half of our total budget of $70,000 CDN. This is the minimum amount we need to get this important project off the ground; finished and edited with the quality that we can all be proud of. If you would rather invest directly, please reach out to us through our contact form below. If you feel the White Balloon is a feature documentary that you would love to see, please help us and become part of our team!
