Great Greens thanks to you!
So far this season we've had a prolonged dry spell, followed by rain, rain, rain, thunderstorms, hail, scorching heat, and now temps in the low 60's - BUT - the greens are growing and thriving!
Each week at market we sell out of our mixes (such as green leaf, red leaf, frisee and spinach, or spinach and escarole with rainbow chard) as well as kohlrabi, garlic scapes, and lots of bags of spinach, arugula, sorrel and other greens.
We've also been able to make several deliveries of fresh produce to The Friendly Kitchen, where it has been received with enthusiasm and gratitude.
