Construction of our new kitchen and retail store is now complete – we are currently in the process of going through all of the inspections that are required by the city of San Francisco in order for us to start operating. If all goes well, and I have absolutely no reason to think that it won’t, we should be up and running within the next 2 weeks!
Thank you for your patience. I will do my best to reward it with delicious chocolates as quickly as I possible can.
Here are a few pictures of the kitchen as we get it cleaned up and ready.
All my best,
This update is long overdue and my next update is only a few days away. As we are nearing the end of this project, the updates will be becoming fast and furious. Once the painting is finished tomorrow all that stands in the way of us opening the kitchen and store is laying an epoxy floor, installing the glass walls that separate the kitchen and retail store and a half a dozen inspections (it's not as bad as it sounds!). Once the painting is done and everything has been cleaned up I'll post a few more pictures.
This is thrilling for me – I get to announce the successful completion of our Kickstarter campaign.
400 of you chose to support my project and 400 of you will, for very good reason, be memorialized on our new store’s Wall of Love. Words can’t express how thankful I am to all of you.
Within the next few days I will be sending out a survey that will give us the information that we will need in order to process your chocolate orders. It will also allow us to get your full names (and how you would like them to appear) on the Wall. In the mean time, please feel free to write if you have any questions.
Thanks, and I look forward to feeding you all chocolate!
