OVERVIEW
The Candel Battery Case is engineered to give you even longer battery life, a cool light up feature, and protection. Inspired by our love for music and festivals, the design adds a portable light show and another 100% extra battery life to your phone. Candel is the first battery phone case with a light up image that responds to the sound of music, voice and ringtone. Turn on the Light Up feature by holding down the Candel button for two seconds and watch the case light up real-time to the sound around you. To turn off the light up feature, hold down for two seconds then click on the button again to charge your phone.

The idea was born in the Nevada desert where it is all about expression and experience. Our obsession with light and sound lead us to create something that we could carry around with us everywhere. We thought about it and the phone case seemed like the perfect medium.
We started out building a phone case for our own enjoyment. After working through multiple iterations, we realized that our case was capable of doing more than just entertainment. We had most of the electronics already so we decided to build on our first prototypes.
Including a backup battery added a major practical use that significantly expanded the scope of our cases. Now, we’re introducing Candel - the world’s first light up phone case with phone battery charging capability. Our case now provides extra battery life, an awesome light show, protection for your phone, and showcases your personal style.
Candel has two modes...
Non-stop entertainment everywhere you go.
Candel cases light up to music, your voice or ringtone. It provides a lightshow anywhere you go. It also makes for a killer conversation opener. It catches people’s eye, whether at a festival or sitting at a bar.
In Light Up Mode, the case electronics pick up sound from the surrounding environment using a microphone. A processor analyzes the sound and turns that into a visual display. The technology also allows the Candel case to animate virtually any image.
The Light Up Mode lasts anywhere from 12-28 hours. The 1800 - 3000mAh Lithium battery included within the case powers the animated image.
