Help us bring 5 free concerts to Fernhill Park this summer.
There’s no better way to spend a summer evening than gathering with friends and family in Fernhill Park for music, dancing and family fun.
For the last seven summers, the Fernhill Concert Series has been an unqualified success- offering high-quality entertainment to the neighborhood with free concerts on Friday nights in July and on the first Tuesday of August for National Night Out.
The Fernhill Concert Committee in conjunction with Portland Parks and Recreation has been hard at work trying to raise money for the series. We are very hopeful that this year we will be able to raise enough money to fund all five concerts. However, we need your help! Fund-raising has been off to a relatively slow start this year and we are currently looking for local businesses and individuals to donate anything they can to help make the concerts happen It doesn’t matter if you are a business owner, a family, or an individual, WE NEED YOU to help raise the money to produce another memorable concert season in Fernhill Park.
All concerts are family-friendly events with children's activities. What a great way to start the weekend! Bring a picnic and a bottle of wine (alcohol is allowed at Summer Concerts) or enjoy delectable dishes from one of our on-site food vendors. We hope to see you and your family on Friday nights in July!
Free concerts in a neighborhood park are one of the best ways to build community, meet and greet neighbors, old and new, and enjoy great music. We hope you will consider donating to the Fernhill concert series in its seventh year!
Dates & Bands: All Fernhill Concerts are from 6:30 - 8:00 pm.
