My name is LaTonya Peoples and I have been a violinist and vocalist in the United States for over thirty years. I have been chosen to attend and perform in the fourth annual Kansai Music Conference 2012 in Osaka, Japan from September 14th – 17th.
I am seeking your financial assistance with my travel arrangements to become a part of this amazing opportunity to share my talent and gift of music to a global audience. Any financial gift will be greatly appreciated. No gift is too small (or too big - lol). This will be a natural progression to my musical career as a music teacher, performer, songwriter, and music therapist. I have enjoyed both a local and national audience in the U.S. Music is a universal language which has no borders. Traveling to Japan will allow me to exchange ideas, musical energy, and creative thoughts with other musicians from around the world.
Music can be as far reaching as we allow it to be. My desire and commitment to this endeavor has become an exciting part of my interest to give to and to receive from others the true joy I feel when I engage and perform for audiences throughout the U.S.
Music should be exchanged locally and globally. Thank you in advance for your continued support of my musical journey and the chance for me to be a part of this extraordinary event!
