FLATHEAD LAKE FILM FESTIVAL....FULL HOUSE!

Hau Donor Tribe,

We were pleased to have been treated to a sold out showing of our documentary in beautiful Polson, Mt. at the Showboat Theater (approx. 144 seats).

During the festivities we entered into talks to distribute 'Sitting Bull's Voice' in a limited release format in numerous cities by the independent theater chain showing our film at the festival through our own distribution company.

Hollywood has not really embraced Native story telling that has a Native slant to it (not just our film but nearly all Native oriented films). So...If we can't join Hollywood...we will turn it around. We will be booking play dates in several theaters...dates that otherwise would go to main stream Hollywood pictures. We've already identified two theater chains who are willing to play ball and we have our antennae up looking for more!

We will announce play dates in future updates.

This won't be easy but fighting to get your message heard never is.

If you know any independent theater owners, message us here. We plan on having our documentary made into a virtual movie that can be shown on the Cinedigm digital format. That is how the majority of independent movie theaters receive their product since shipping the big heavy reels was abandoned. We will pay the rental.

Pilamaye yelo and Thank You,

Ernie, Tim, and Bill
