Triple Update - Oh boy! (Hero Kids, Civilians, New User Submissions)

So, we've got a few new things to show off!

Hero Kids Add-on

First up, is a collaboration with Hero Forge Games to produce Hero Kids as Flat Plastic Miniatures.

Hero Kids is the ENnie award-winning fantasy RPG for kids aged from 4 to 10. Hero Kids offers a fast and fun introduction to RPGs, perfect for younger kids who are just getting interested in role-playing games. And what better way to grab their attention than with their own miniatures.

It's already the #1 Family RPG, and we'll be bringing it to life with a full 62-piece pack of Flat Plastic Miniatures including kids (obviously!) and a mix of pets and monsters. These pieces have only ever existed in Black and White before, so it's neat to see these get the coloring they deserve in order to hit your table. These will have mirrored backs instead of a front and back.

Not all the art is colored and ready yet, but the Hero Kids line comes from a pdf series with a lot to show, including Fantasy, Space and many other tropes.

Like most add-on packs, this will be $25 and not come with additional bases, nor will it increase shipping costs.

Civilians by James Shields Add-On

We're loving what we see from the Supers! pack, and I've asked James Shields to do a followup pack of 'Civilians'. Specifically, something cross-genre that would work perfectly alongside Supers!, but also stand their own in any modern setting, possibly even useful in Cyberpunk and Sci-Fi realms.

We've got a number of sketches thus far, and we'll show off more as soon as it's available.

The small, and giant pieces will be used for civilian but supplemental pieces, like vehicles. Feel free to give him suggestions like always!

Like most add-on packs, this will be $25 and not come with additional bases, nor will it increase shipping costs.

New User Submission Artwork

Marta has sketched up some more of the User Submissions! Here's the new pieces, with some amazing stuff:

@ James Shields - we need a civilian version of Phoenix Wright!

Civilians pack...you finally got me to jump in and grab a pack dude. I do modern or future gaming, so those guys will be perfect for what I need. :) I hope. Looking forward to seeing the final art on them. :)

Re: Panther -- Looks like there's a need for a few special companions / familiars / mounts as separate figs so that people can mix'n'match (on double-slotted bases) as required.

As the requester of the archer+panther companion, I approve. Looks sweet, and I look forward to getting the final results in a year. :)

I was afraid the two wouldn't fit in the template, but it looks like you found a way!

Holy hell, I bout fell out of my seat laughing when I saw the first pic was my character. And with such a wonderfully disturbing rendition of my ugly mug on it to boot. It looks AWESOME! And hilarious!

And this may be a question that has already been addressed, but what are the chances of getting a digital copy of Marta's sketch of our character?

Because I want that forever. >_<

O bliss! More nice figures and I'll have to up my pledge again. Marta has done a good job on the user submissions. I can't wait and it is almost a year away ... ;o)

      @David
The backer particularly wished to include panther together with his character on one FPM. After checking emails, I don't suppose you are the backer, so if I'm mistaken please contact me via the same email you've been contacting me so far, and we can sort this out. If you're not really him, then I don't think I can help you- it was his specific request for which he paid. Also, speaking in general, this is not the only one "2 in 1" type of FMP either. Some FPMs include characters together with their familiars, and there are also separate FPMs for familiars only and single humanoid characters only- the more variety, the merrier. I don't think there should be any barriers against adding familiars to the piece, as long as they fit nicely within the template :)

Leave out the panther, that should be a separate figure
