Getting Noticed, and Making Contacts

I'm delighted to mention that the project has just gotten a nice write-up at Fast Company’s "Co.Design" web site:

The article gets the word out that some theaters have been rescued by community efforts to "save the drive-in" and raise the money for conversion to digital projection. Maybe more communities will get the idea to do the same. They asked for much larger files so looking at this presentation on a big monitor might be fun.

On another front, over the weekend I found that a lot of theaters have some sort of Facebook presence and I've suddenly made direct contact with owners of half a dozen theaters from Indiana to Oklahoma. Will continue with this approach. Advance contact isn't essential, but it smooths the way.
