All the cards will be redesigned. We haven't finished the redesign process, but at least you can see where we are heading to.
Upgrade Pack prototype: acrylic+resin tokens and the playmats. Note that the playmats will have new design and the tokens will be a little bit smaller.

The Zombies will move towards your Village. If a Zombie can go through the Village Gate, you lose. You must coordinate the Goblins to defend your beloved Village. The Village Gate has space for only 3 Goblins at a time, so choose your Goblins carefully!
Goblins vs Zombies is a Tower Defense card game for 1-3 Players. It takes around 15 minutes per player. Goblins vs Zombies has:
- 16 kinds of Zombies in 3 types: Ground, Flying, Invisible;
- 23 kinds of Goblins;
- 5 Modes of Play (solo, cooperative and competitive);
- a total of 98 cards, a BIG game in a small box!
The 5 Modes of Play are:
Mode A: Training. A co-op introduction game for 1-3 Players to learn how to play the game.
Mode B: Last Stand. A struggling solo game. Double the Zombie, double the fun!
Mode C: Survival. A competitive game for 2 or 3 Players. Do your best to send the Zombies in your Field to other Field, and be the last Player standing to win the game.
Mode D: The Boss. A co-op game for 1-3 Players. All Players must work together to destroy the Boss.
Mode E: Goblins vs Zombies. A head to head game for 2 Players. Who will win, Goblins or Zombies?
COMPONENTS: GvZ is a complete game with only 98 cards, a manual and a plastic clip inside a tuck box. Two of the cards are Token cards, cut to make 18 Tokens and put them in the plactic clip to store. I have to do that since the game will be printed in Indonesia and I have to keep the weight under 250 grams if not the shipping cost will almost doubled. If you want better components, please consider ordering the Upgrade Pack (see Add-Ons below).

The Manual will be in English. After the final version of the Manual is ready, it will be translated to: German (by Torsten Sammet), French (by Adel10), Dutch (by vdbmalmsteen) and Spanish (by andvaranaut). Thank you! Your names will be immortalized in the Manual :)

Add-ons: add the amount to your pledge total. Example: you want the $22 [ICESHOT] level + 1 Upgrade Pack + 1 extra signed card + 1 copy of AoD = 22+38+5+20 = $85. Choose the [ICESHOT] level then put the amount $85.
There will be 3 shipping dates: Adventure of D (right after the KS ends since AoD is ready), then GvZ game (after GvZ game is ready), then Upgrade Pack (after the Upgrade Pack is ready). You can choose a separated shipping or a combine shipping.
At the end of this KS I will send a survey to ask what kind of add-ons you have already taken and what kind of shipping do you want.
The designer of Goblins vs Zombies is me, Jack Darwid (JD Games) from Indonesia. Designing games as a hobby since 2005, I have many free games and one commercial game, the fantasy adventure card game: Adventure of D. I have prepared GvZ for a long time and I'm glad I can find a friend who do all the artwork for GvZ, Wijanata. I love the artwork and it really fits the game.
I am using Kickstarter to rise $6,000 to pay the artist, and to produce & ship 300 copies (hopefully a lot more!) of the game. Andrew Tullsen from Print & Play Productions is on board as a consultant and is doing the final shipping leg of the game in the US.
GvZ is ready to go and will only be printed if we can reach our goal in this project. If this KS project is successful, we will print only enough copies to satisfy this project (maybe a few more because of the excess printing process, but no more than that). This means if you want the game, now is the best chance!
Risks and challenges
We have printed a game (Adventure of D) using this printer before and are confident that the 2 month goal is enough. Kickstarter is a new thing for us, but we are working with a consultant who is helping us through any pitfalls.
