This winter, we’ll work together with Child Family Health International to support 2 accepted interns from low and middle income countries at WHO-HQ, and film a documentary of their experience and the greater issues around global health training accessibility. We’ll use this as a springboard to facilitate further discussion on these issues within the global health community, and also aim to expand financial support of candidates underrepresented at global health agencies.
Here’s our project timeline:
May – July 2015 Kickstarter Fundraising Campaign
July – September 2015 Advertising and Application Period
August – October 2015 Candidate Selection
November 2015 – April 2016 Winter 2015 WHO-HQ Internship Period
July 2015 – Fundraising and expansion of programme
