Pre-game release of Music Soundtrack Preview of OST

Hey all!  We wanted to let you know that we will be making available the "Echoes of Aeons - OST - Kickstarter Special Preview Edition" CD, with 15 original tracks, available in digital download, in just a couple of weeks. Because many of you would have had that included as rewards in your pledge levels, we thought we can still offer this 15 song pre-OST digital CD for a reduced price. We will probably release it in the next month or so on iTunes for $10. However if you are interested in getting it as a thank you price for those who pledged to be backers of the project - and since the project didn't reach funding goal, we are going to offer this at $7 to you our loyal followers. It will most likely be available as a digital download on the website. (we'll let you know in the next week).

The final 24 Hrs.

It's the final countdown...

Seriously though. We are in the final hours and we want to thank everyone who's donated so far. While things aren't looking that great, it that doesn't mean this ends here. We have received so much positive response and met some great people along the way, so in that sense; it's been worth it no matter the outcome. At this point it's all about word of mouth and you guys to make this happen. Post on reddit, post on forums, post on your Grandmothers Facebook, anything helps. 

If things don't turn out, we will be continuing development no matter what. However, if that is the outcome, a lack of funding will push the project back even further and will not allow for some features to get in the game. We will also not be able to fund hiring additional people to help on the project, be it voice actors, artists, programmers, designers, etc (it should be noted we do have contacts for literally every one of those jobs listed). 

I'm sure some of you are wondering if we have plans to relaunch in the event of failure. It is definitely something we are considering, but likely we will not relaunch for at least several months. We'll let you know if this changes.

So please help how you can. Thanks everyone. Also, I left some art for one of the dragon bosses below for you.

How EoA will reach it's goal.

Hello everyone. So here we are with 10 days left, and you're probably thinking just as much as we are "How is EoA going to reach its goal?” Well I’ll tell you. As is common Kickstarter fashion, we’re in the phase where we ask you to "Please help us get media attention and coverage!” And guess what, this works. Take a look at "Z" or "Republique". So listed at the bottom of this post you'll find a info for notable gaming sites yet to cover Echoes of Aeons.

We're almost to 15% of our goal almost entirely on word-of-mouth alone (we appreciate this). But I really believe if just a few of these sites would take notice of us it will put us on track to hit our goal. We've emailed just about every site we can but nothing makes an editor want to cover a story more than an inbox full of messages from the masses asking for it.

What you choose to say about EoA is entirely up to you, but keep it appropriate please. What's your favorite aspect? Why are you personally backing our project?

New project video, Gameplay footage, Wallpaper and Livestream!

Hows it going everyone we would like to to say thank you for all of your continued support during this project. We know that we are still a ways a way from our goal, but we will really be pushing our marketing this final week and a half. We have changed our Projects main video to a shorter version, which also includes some new footage so make sure to check it out. We will be doing a Livestream today at 2pm MST time for a couple hours. We will be painting a new level and just listening to music and hanging out. There is a live chat room so feel free to ask questions and what not.

Livestream Alchimia Studios 2pm MST - 5pm MST

We’ve been working hard on a few new features over the past few days, so we’d like to show you a video clip of a level featuring one of them. This video shows off a small clip of destructible objects. Littered throughout the world(s) will be barrels, boxes, plants, and more that all can be destroyed. These objects will often be blocking your path, and can contain currency and items. Often times you’ll need to use these in puzzles or to strategically block incoming attacks.

These are not quite the same as full blown destructible environments however, as those will be actual pieces of the area (such as a pillar or rock formation) that can be used for cover to block spells from bosses and more.
