Hey folks,

Well I have clearly done something very terrible in a  previous life as we are still experiencing issues, however these are diminishing thanks to Rob and his team's efforts.
Here's the comments from the factory floor:

Junkers APC Hull – there has been no easy way to print this, all efforts have failed so far. Still trying to print this and have sourced a 2nd party that will hopefully manage this. Casting will not be an issue though.

Junker Dropships - struggling with casting them. We’ll persist as they were hard to print, so these are running slower than anticipated.

Junker Sandrunners- these are not casting consistently well. We have re-mastered them, removing the small bases and inverting them to cast them upside down, see I image, this appears to have done the trick.

Don't worry about the miss-cast leg this was the first out of the mould, more venting will resolve this.

Viridian MBT Hull – moulds were made using Prodos print, however casts showed some consistent deformations, which on closer inspection were on the original print. Model is being re-printed now and will not present any casting issues.

Viridian Buffalo Cannons (3-cannon bombard thing) - These are have turned out very flimsy in resin, so these will now be produced in metal.

Viridian Saurians- HMG guy proved a problem as the gun was too thin, this is being thickened to be re-master and popped back into production.

VASA APC Hulls - we had to get these cut up and printed due to their complexity, they simply weren’t casting consistently, they are currently in re-mastering. Lots of parts now, so will take some time to build up stock.

VASA Archangels- wings proved too thin but this was resolved a month back so just getting up to final stock levels

Syntha Female Biomechs- these had all been produced sadly however the heads starting coming off the models as they were removed from the sprues, see video. Necks and bodies have been bulked up and are now being re-printed.

Rob has also intimated that we're nearly finished with all the other Syntha elements, will the exception of the biomech, so if you only ordered Syntha you are likely to get your orders first.

Finally, here's a bunch of stock pics for new stuff that's been cast, as you can see there's a tonne of it, so we ARE so close now to putting orders together.

Keep the faith brothers and be rest assured all of you will be in for a bonus with the first expansion, you've stuck by us through this so we'll be showing our gratitude.

I’ll give a full update next week, letting you know how these issues have been resolved. All the very best,

John

I agree everything we've seen is superb. Thanks for the dedication. We are behind you 100%.

I am happy with delays caused by your perfectionism - other companies would have just send out the miniatures without fixing the issues.
