Final rules updated, competition winners and Pledge manager
Hello fellow Tyrants!
We've been working away in the background on finalising the texts and Jake has done a fine job of editing the great octopus that is the Age of Tyrants rules. Happy to say that we're now making these texts available on the AoT website. These are the documents that are currently with layout, so no further changes will be made to the rules. New scenarios from Jake have been added to the expansions, and colour texts are integrated with the rules in the order you'll see them in the final product.
We are also delighted to announce the winners of our Facebook competition for 3 pre-production vehicles, congratulations to Kris Smith, Andrew Coleman and Lee Sweeney.
Further here are the winners of our Beasts of War competition: Ronald Delval won the Angel Giraldez miniature display, and Tristan Cotterill, Ryan Dunham, John Sellars and Phillip Davison each won a piece of original Wayne England B&W concept artwork.
Finally the pledge manager. Well the Awaken realm's manager can't handle the choices for the free stuff available in our rewards, despite their valiant efforts. This would mean that all the reward level stuff will need to be handled manually. This will be tedious, not only for us but also for you backers, further it will be prone to mistakes due to human error. So we have embarked on building our own bespoke pledge manager, our resident data expert and web chappie, Rene, has taken on this task. Rene is hoping to have this up and running by the close of the month. We think this is the best option, not only will it provide us with what we need it will also serve us for future Kickstarter programs we want to run for AoT to bring in the new factions and narrative. So please bear with us, it will not effect the time frame for the delivery of your pledges as we are just starting mastering/printing the models at the moment, then there will be the moudling before we finally start to cast the required items.
If you have any queries/questions, or abuse, feel free to fire away!
All the best folks,
