ABOUT THE PROJECT
Following up a cold and soggy winter in the Pacific Northwest, Fukdup Records is proud to present “Infinite Mystery Forever,” Foxdye’s newest vinyl EP! Pull up an armchair and get ready to relax that sphincter muscle with some of the brand-spankin' new chilled-out, pretentious, alien-lounging tunes of Foxdye. Just freshly pumped full of horse tranquilizers! She can’t stand up, but she can still click a mouse! Trippendicular mates!
Say goodbye to your beloved Uncle Phil, because these tracks have so few mashed potatoes that you’d think they’re on a master cleanse! Sigh in disappointment as you watch the BPM counter hardly go over 200! Just like your mom’s Honda lol! Be amazed at how Foxdye managed to miss the memo about side-chain compression being so 2010! These tracks have more techno-bangin’, bass-wankin’, fist-pumpin’ embarrassment than Skrillex has grammies! Wob wob wob ect!

WHAT WILL THE MONEY BE USED FOR?
Production: For "Infinite Mystery Forever," we want to spend a little extra on getting the highest quality vinyl pressing we can. Previous vinyl releases on Fukdup Records were geared more towards capturing the raw sonic assault of grunge and breakcore, which was accomplished with "Grungecore Vol. 1" and "Biting on Ravecore." But because this release has razor sharp IDM technicality and bass beefier than a beefalo, it demands some clarity in it's physical form in a way only vinyl can do! Our goal is to achieve a sick pressing of this EP by following the guidance of Portland vinyl bass-masters at LoDubs Records (www.lodubs.com) and breaking the process up into a few different steps in order to insure high quality every step of the way. High quality bass boner, in your ear hole!!
Printing: We will be printing a full-size, full-color die cut sleeve for each vinyl with artwork designed by Amina Foxdye. Included will also be a printed card with download code and a new issue of “Sugar + Heartstrings vol. 6,” Amina Foxdye’s ongoing personal zine. The zine will be distributed separately from the EP as well.
Shipping: It will cost money to ship our goods to you, so some extra has been tacked on to cover that.
WHO THE F*CK IS FUKDUP?
Curated by our dearest and most revered Lord Fukumup, Fukdup Records has been releasing the most derp-tastic of breakcore, the most snooze-tacular of ambient, and the most mashed of potato-core since 2008! With previous releases such as the Shitmat / Ladyscraper "Grungecore Vol.1" EP, and "Monsters of Meme," Foxdye's previous full-length album, you can pop that dirty pressie with confidence knowing that a Fukdup release will never slow your roll, man!

We here at Foxdye Incorporated have always enjoyed physical releases that are unique, interesting, and give the owner something more to look at than just a boring chunk of plastic or vinyl. Just about anyone can release a CD, and with digital music increasing in popularity, it takes a lot to make a physical release still worth the trouble at all. So we're using Kickstarter as a means to ensure the highest quality vinyl release while also throwing some extra goodies to spruce things up! On top of that, Kickstarter is also a really great way for us to incorporate a bunch of additional (and hilarious) prizes for those who want to contribute more money beyond the release itself.
Remember; the money for the Kickstarter won't go through unless we reach our goal. Regardless if the goal is met or not, it is very likely that we will still be funding the project with a lot of money out of our own pockets. So anything helps, lol!
HOW THE REWARDS WORK
If the goal for the Kickstarter is reached, Foxdye will be spending the spring and summer hours churning out a lot of new stuff, including new tracks with lyric submissions from backers, performing shows via Skype, and teaching people a lot of lessons in audio and music production. You can expect most rewards to be delivered by July, though keep in mind that the production process for vinyl can take a while, so it may get pushed back a month or two.
Additionally, Foxdye plans to tour in Europe from August 24th - September 27th, so personal lessons and shows may have to wait until after then.
Thanks a crap-ton for supporting independent labels and artists!!
