Done With Consumer-Level Pledges!

Posted by Reaper Miniatures (Creator)

It's been a long, crazy road, but we're finally here. We've finished fulfillment for all of our consumer-level backers!

We couldn't have done it without you. Thank you for your support.

Now we begin the process of dealing with replacements for missing or damaged items.

If you've already been in touch with us, you're already on the list, and we're going to get you taken care of.

If you haven't been in touch with us, here's an important email address for you to remember:

If you have a figure missing or damaged, please visit the following page and note the figure's product number:

Email with
1. the product number
2. your email address

We'll get you taken care of as soon as we can. If you've changed your shipping address recently, please include those changes as well. We'll be using your shipping address we have on file for you if you don't.

If you haven't received your pledge items at all (or an email confirmation -- the final international packages are still in transit), email with your email address. We'll look you up and try to see what happened to your shipment.

Thank you again. You guys are amazing!

P.S. This is our final update on This means the comments below won't be monitored. If you need to get in touch with us, you have a few options.

And we'll be getting in touch with the final undertaker pledgers separately.

I still haven't received mine, a year after estimated delivery.

The goods of the following miniature are insufficient.
      Please give me dispatch.

      77100: Vanja, Fire Giant Queen
77101: Skorg Ironskull, Fire Giant King
      77112: Agramon, Pit Fiend
      77195: Mr. Bones
      77067: Virina, Female Demon

    3. Keith & Diana on

Mine arrived! Some odd errors, and even missing models from the Vampire, which I did not expect at all. Go fig. Oh well, everything else is awesome!

    4. Victor Ayala on

Just wanted to say that i received my box last week (after a "over 1 month fighting with my local customs) and that im really happy about it. Thank you reaper!!!!

    5. Ben L. on

I just want to share my replacement part story:

The Fire Giant Warrior has two little ball-and chains that attach to his waist. I received two of the left-hand ones instead of a left and a right. I was also missing the Colossal Skeleton's left arm. I reported this to Reaper the day I got them.

Last week, I got two emails from Reaper, each with a different reference number, telling me that they were sending me the skeleton's arm. I replied saying that I didn't need two left arms, but I did need the Fire Giant's right ball and chain. I got an email saying, "Thank you, I'll try to catch the shipment before it goes out."

Today, I get two packages. I figure either the lady didn't catch the extra arm in time, or she did but had to include the missing ball and chain separately anyway. I open the first package. It contains the left arm (yay!), a matching pair of the balls and chains (OK, best to send me both in case they got the wrong one), and the flame and tail for the Pit Fiend (77112), which I didn't even order. That one still baffles me. The included packing slip lists the chains and the arm, but mentions the flame and tail in a sidenote (which is how I figured out what they came from).

So... I had everything I was missing, so what's in box number two? I had to assume at this point that the duplicate didn't get caught, and I probably had another arm, chains, and maybe a tail and flame again. But no: the box contains a copy of my email saying that there was a duplicate replacement... and two -left- chains.

So now I have everything I was supposed to get (thanks Reaper!), but I also have a tail and fireball for a demon I don't own, and -four- extra left-side ball-and-chains. To be fair, the difference between them is really subtle, but the base is different (one is "L"-shaped, one is a line with one squared end and one rounded end), meaning that each only fits on the correct side. Be careful, guys!

    6. Mark Peyton on

@Ogaday - my Bones have been in customs since 27th August due to how Reaper recorded the costs.

    7. Christopher Lehmann on

Has anyone received an update regarding the replacement parts?

    8. Ogaday on

How have people from the UK been dealing with the customs stuff? I've been hit by some paperwork.

    9. KevSteele on

Can Someone at Reaper look into my help request. I have a request in for a missing mind your manors and 2 kaladraxes with the wrong legs.

    10. Mark R. Shipley on

      Congratulations, Reaper.

    11. Ash Meredith on

One thing I forgot to say was thank-you so much for putting the bands around the box, my box was so crushed and ripped it was not nearly a box any more, the figure case inside was what kept it rigid :-)

    12. C on

@Niko: I'm using a jeweler's engraver for the mold lines. $10 USD at an arts and craft store. While I'm getting better at finding mold lines before painting, expect to see the ones you missed after you start painting.

    13. Ash Meredith on

Well mine arrived here in New Zealand spent last night ripping open plastic bags and ooing and ahhing thanks so much, now I have to get down to painting them :-)

      Niko Leinonen on

Received my Vampire Level with options today. Boy, was the unboxing itself tiresome! All of my ordered figures are accounted for, with two of the models swapped to different than in the reference picture. I remember this was the case in the due process, I just couldn't bother being dissatisfied with it anymore.

Some of the figures are bendy, so I'll have to take some time fixing those up. Anyone have any suggestions on how coarse sandpaper I should use with moldlines? 800-1200 or even finer?

Kaladrax is the best 10 dollars I have spent in my life. I didn't even realize how colossal that beast is! Both it and Cthulhu are going on my shelf, daunting me until I finish them.

Thank you Reaper! I had to wait for a year, but it was damn worth it!

    15. C on

@Arthur and all: Some Bones figures were pulled entirely from distribution because they failed to cast properly as Bones models. However, since they were promised as part of the KS, they were included in the shipments. HEY LOOK AN EXCLUSIVE KS MODEL HOARD NOW AND SELL ON EBAY FOR ZILLIONS OF DOLLARS. I suspect, though, that the Bones versions are STILL better than these Battle Masters archers I have, whose right faces are missing entirely...…

Two days latter and my package still hasn't moved. Is there a main strike in Chicago?
Or do they normally take three full days to sort a package and pass it on?
I understands customs, or especially in Australia quarantine, can delay a package but it seems to be having issues even getting that far.

    17. muzfish4 on

      Nice video.

Got my notification on the day this was posted.

Tell me, was I the last of the 18 odd thousand?

    18. Missing avatar

      Stevie Parmentier on

It took a whopping 16 days for my package to arrive - 5 days in customs.

    19. Stacey Tails on

Ours took 3 days, Texas to England... then sat for nearly 2 weeks in the Customs office. Talk about Frustrating...

    20. Missing avatar

      Warren Sistrom

I am not sure if tracking is a good idea. My Bones took 12 hours to go from Texas to Chicago where they have now sat for 20 hours without moving. So almost 3 full days after being posted it's now 661 miles further away from me (as the very long distance crow flies) than where it started.
I think I am starting to get impatient :)

    21. Stacey Tails on

    22. Keith & Diana on

@Reaper: Hooray! Now I just gotta wait for them to show up; I think I must have been one of the last of the last ;)

Please, please post here when the next KS starts!

    23. Stacey Tails on

Okay guys, I'll sign off too. See you here in a few months for the next one. Peace.

    24. Sean Gilbert on

      Still waiting for mine...

    25. Arthur K on

@Reaper: that's awesome customer service! I guess with the sheer amount of bones I have I am too lazy to do a quality control to pick out those which have missing nose ;) I guess my own bad QC doesn't do your awesome customer service justice :P

    26. Edwardo on

What a great one, Reaper guys! Thank you for the journey and I do hope the best to all of you!

    27. Dark James on

Good work guys and thanks for the update! :)

    28. Bryan Stiltz on

Also note that we will stop looking at comments in a few days and as such all further question need to be directed to or asked on our forums at

    29. Bryan Stiltz on

@Arthur K - quality control issues that we can fix with a replacement. Be aware that not every model "worked". Some we noticed pretty much no good copies of, and really cannot fix, but if we can, we will absolutely try. If we cannot, we will try to do what we can to make it right, even if a replacement is unavailable.

    30. Rand Chua TL on

Thanks to all of us & Reaper for making it happen!

      Congratulations! Cool video.

I think you did a good job of putting the entire project into perspective. The thank you messages were a nice touch.

If anyone is like me and hasn't received their stuff yet, I highly recommend emailing Reaper for assistance! Mine hadn't turned up, sent an email, the next day I was advised my things had now been sent. Guessing someone forgot, but it's coming now, so yay!

    36. Just Dave on

Thank you Reaper for all you have done, I Missed GENCON due to a wedding but I love my Bones. Thank you for everthing

    37. Arthur K on

I was wondering what classify as damages? Will missing nose or slenderman face be classify as damaged?

    38. Jake on

I really liked seeing the Thank You's, made it a lot more personal, was awesome. Thank you guys too for all your hard work.

Congrats and Thanks for the great Kickstarter. This was my first mini purchase and I'm very pleased. I'm having a blast painting the minis, and will definitely be looking to buying more Bones in the future.

    40. Catlike Games on

Last update? But you almost made it to 100!

    41. Stephen on

2 Vampires are two too many to go through with a fine comb
to find out if any are damaged or missing.

There is a downside to all the goodies after all. :D

That squirrel mini was so well painted I'm sure I saw it move.

Great, now on to the next one :-D!

    44. Eric Feay on

Thanks Reaper. Any chance of seeing a video of Thomas chugging out a new line? Would live to see a How Stuff Works video of that thing... We did buy it after all. ;)

    45. Nigel Phillips

      Ace stuff.
Looking forward to ReaperBones 2, though I hope it will be announced here as an update, so I know its happening.

Squirrel Milk the next Reaper Master Paint color for KSII?

    47. Darsc Zacal on

Congratulations and my thanks to all the Reaperfolk, and squirrels, for their hardwork in getting us our Bones.

    48. Jeff Bowers on

Thanks so much! I love my bones. I never really got into minis before because they were just too expensive. Now I've got a ton to play with, and can afford to add more.
