Also in Canada.... we have heard NOTHING about receiving our gripbells and repeated attempts to get an answer have been told to contact the creator... that's you. So WHEN can we expect to receive these? I think we've been more than patient and I am sad to hear the fees CNDs are getting billed even further ... to punish us for our supporting this venture. It has been a very long and rough road. I do hope we will see these in the near future .
When is the shipping container arriving from China that you alluded to on 12/3?
And based on that, when can I expect my Kickstarter backer awards?

Resent you my shipping address November 16, 2017 and received an e-mail saying you are working in having my order released.
On November 27, 2017 after I requested status again you stated the “warehouse” hason’t processed my order yet.

Whoa. I never received any UPS tracking email. was stunned to find that over a year later I had to pay OVER 100 DOLLARS in duty/shipping. (also bummed i didnt get any wrist bands) I'm in Canada. this is super BS. yes the gripbell looks sleek AF, but i'm super disappointed with this whole thing.
I'm pretty sure we've already paid for shipping fee with our pledges, so not sure why i would need to be paying another fee (import fee) when the item is a year late. Would've been understandable if it was on time.
I don't like losing money but.. If the item is the same price as the import fee (this case the fees are more) then i don't see the point.
I just check email from Terrie and she send me on Nov 4 and I never see it and she ask me for address. She should have my address on the file. I send few time. If we have to pay more for shipping I REFUSE to pay more.
Jay - we waited two years for it ! They said it would be ready last Sept but that never happened.
Same situation as Crystal. I'm not paying any import fees. Or rather, i do not want to. Is there anything you guys can do?

Just got my gripbells today! Thank you very much! Just a question, but was the workout dvd supposed to come with? I already subscribed to the YouTube channel, so it probably won’t be needed. Happy with how the gripbells look and feel though!

Backer number 2109 and I got a Light Gripbell Package. I have not yet seen a UPS tracking number or notification by email. Could I please be contacted by email to move forward with processing?

Backer 1,054, pledged for a Pair of Ultimate Gripbell package. Located in Canada. I have not received a UPS tracking number, though I see an email this morning saying every pledge has been shipped. Had a good email conversation with Terrie Berdy confirming my address/phone for UPS shipment back on October 31. If there's a problem shipping this pledge to Canada I haven't been told about it. May I get an update? Thanks!

I received my Gripbells and the quality on them seems very nice. I did not receive the wristbands nor do I ever expect to, I am moving on and don't feel like dealing with this company any longer.
Just checking on the status of my order. I was told 2 weeks about 2 months ago when I updated my address. I still don’t have a tracking number. I tried responding to the email, but not getting a response...
Just received all 6 of my Gripbells, the workout DVD was included.

I received my order today, but only half. I originally spoke to customer service who stated that even though it was 1 tracking number, I would receive 2 packages of 38lbs each. I only received 1. Nothing else. I had to threaten reporting to the BBB on all social media platforms to get this far. Like the other comment about that, they quickly deleted everyone of my comments on every platform in less than 5 minutes. I posted multiple too. Now I will have to fight to get the rest of my damn order. Good luck everyone
I actually received a tracking number for the shipment created last Friday but there is no update because UPS does not even have the package yet.
I had ordered 2 of each which should have a combined weight of 76 lbs just for the product. Ups info states 38lbs which is half the weight. Am I going to receive my whole set?

wow I post on gripbell facebook page under no excuse post, I told well if no excuse then where is my gripbell? and they delete my post. We should go on facebook and comment where is my gripbell.
Terrie told me in email that they have problem send out product to other country. I live in Canada.
Terrie just responds with '2 more weeks' or product coming 'soon' every time. I told them today to either get the product to me or fully refund my money because their company is just a major disappointment.
