I'm so sorry to come back and find people haven't got their rewards. If it's any consolation, this is the only project out of more than 100 I regret backing - the cards are really poor quality and arrived with the tuck boxes in pretty bad shape, like most people said.
In terms of involving KS, creators are required to deliver, but not to timeframes. So if they're plugging away but really late, they'll just get told they should post more updates essentially. Given the creator hasn't logged in since July 8th, it'd be hard to argue they are still following through. E-mail KS support and their first step will be to contact the creator to get his side of it. From there it depends on his response I guess.
@ Bobby Le - yes it appears that it was a smash n grab campaign. They've taken the money & run. Creator not being responsive at all. I do not know how KS deals with these situations but unfortunately it has implications on people backing other projects.
Still have not received anything & find this a total disgrace that at the very least there is no reply or explanation to messages. It is a dreadful shame that other sincere artists will suffer from this and not have support as projects like this one put people off making contributions.

Has anyone received an offer to have their damaged decks replaced?

I've bought about a dozen different playing cards from various Kickstarter campaigns and this was the only one I was dissatisfied with. It's a shame, but I'm glad it's over.
Received my cards and uncut cards/poster in the mail but the packaging tube had burst open from being smashes causing the uncut cards to be crushed and ripped in certain areas. Great artwork but super unimpressed with the packaging...

Received some of my order today. Artwork was great! The cards from the 2 decks mailed in the tube were all out of their tucks and both tucks were damaged. T-shirt looked better in the campaign pic, but it's a t-shirt. The "uncut" is definitely a poster and hopefully can be salvaged....now to see if the rest of my order arrives. Kudos to the artists.

The quality of the cards is sub par: both decks are really flimsy, the red and blue deck seems plastic coated so it handles a little bit better, the black deck feels like low quality uncoated cardboard.
The tuck cases are ok if a bit flimsy.
But honestly all of this was to be expected given that they explicitly said they were using an unknow private printer.
I can live with low quality cards, the real issue here is the shipping and subsequent (non-existent ) customer support.
My decks arrived completely crushed, tuck case and cards.
I've never seen a package so beaten-up in my entire life.
The fact that the tucks were clearly about 1 centimetre / half an inch too large for the cards didn't help, actually I think it's the main reason why the product was completely destroyed.
If the tucks were a tighter fit I think the decks would have been in a far better shape.
What really baffles me is that this is the result of a $29k campaign.
With that kind of money you can easily fund a 2 deck campaign with a world renowned printer (let's say EPCC) and much better shipping.
The fact that this creator isn't willing to or can't replace completely destroyed packages is even more appalling.
Truly terrible outcome.
Just receive the decks and poster by personal delivery. Post stamp from post office says 27th May so not sure what has happened here. Even though I had given another address to deliver to this had obviously been ignored. The quality was a tad better than I thought reading comments here and the poster was a bit damaged.

Got mine a few weeks ago. Good news, they arrived, I like the art. Bad news,the card stock quality is horrible,the seal on the card box was broken as if someone already used them. Sad to say but I can not give these as the gift they were intended to be :-( sorry guys,But I am being honest.
Окей, за всички от София, трябва да ви ги донесе частен курирер (на мен така ми каза) и днес неочаквано пристигнаха моите 2 дека, предполагам и вашите ще пристигнат днес. На мен лично ми харесват и двата дека, като изключим факта, че са тънки, кутийте са си ок, лично черният дек ми хареса повече, защото е матов и е по твърд като хартия. Радвам се, че все пак получих нещо, защото не го очаквах, но арт-а ми харесва и ще пробвам едното тесте за игра.
So my 2 decks came today, which i wasn't expecting. I personally like them, i love the art, even though the material is not good enough and the cards are too thin to play with. The boxes were fine with me, there is no damage on mine and i liked the Black Deck more, because it is matte and the paper is thicker than the one in the Red Deck, which is better for playing. I am satisfied overall with 50 % of the product, the delivery was the big disappointment, because a lot of people haven't received their decks and shirts or whatever yet, but i think everyone will receive their stuff until the end of the year, lol.
