Dear Backers, 

Thank you so much for the great supports and helpful feedback you provided. 

We submitted new update for both iOS and Android by last week. Please update your app to the latest version. Thanks. In the new update, we have fixed the potential problem that some backers' devices might fail after last update.

In details, for iOS, we addressed the following issues:

  • the syncing has been optimized
  • the app unexpectedly stops working

For Android backers, the new version resolved the potential issues that might happen during firmware update.

      Was able to reset iPad, but got out of whack again in a couple of days, and couldn't sync without hard shut down of iPad again. Not worth the trouble to use it until this issue fixed.

      Unit no longer syncs to iPad, and has reset to a totally random time & date. Can you address these problems?

      Purchased 2 bands. 1 does not keep a charge for more than 6 hours and the other will not connect to my husbands Iphone. Emails sent, no response. Disappointing. I had high hopes for this product.

      Great Feedback ??? seriously, you have no concept of customer service, 7 emails and no response, a device that collects dust ! STAY AWAY from these frauders

      Hey, I expect the item to arrive in April but it's already August and I haven't received anything yet! Can you just give me a refund?? I'm just located in France, how come it's taking so long to send my item?

      Still no response and basically told by Kickstarter they can't do anything. These guys take your money and don't deliver. Please do not buy. So many emails but no pulseband and no refund. Unbelievable, daylight robbery. I hope what goes around comes around.

      Here is a series of e-mail I wrote to you.
      It would appreciate if you tell me, if you found a solution
      of the problem that when the watch stops working after an upgrade from you.
      I am very disappointed with the customer service.
      I hope you have a respect for all your customer give their trust and support, you will start to refund us or correct your mistake.
      I hope you were not on kickstarter in order only to have our money.

      Hi, my A6 Band does not charge when plugged into my desktop USB port, nor does it switch on. Its like a band that does not work anymore.

      Is there a way to hard reset?

      These guys are an absolute joke!!!!! No response, where the hell is my band????? Give me my god damn money back. I won't hold my breath as this is now way beyond a joke and I'm fed up of repeating myself. Disgusting customer service!

      Dear Pulseband A6 Team, my Pulseband has stopped working!!! I have emailed your support address a number of times but I get no reply. The device lost charge and when I tried charging it it won't charge & doesn't come on (it previously did charge). Please help!

      On the past few months I helped you achieve your goal on the Pulse Band A6 project on kickstarter. I understand the product usually takes some time to be delivered specially to international backers like me, I'm just checking in to see if everything is OK, could you guys check when the product approximately will be delivered? Is there a tracking number and if so, may you share it with me?

      The app graphs visualization really need an improvement and the app should start to make partnerships with sports apps like Endomondo.

      Tried to run upgrade on my iPad, but got a message that I had the latest upgrade. I have version 1.3.0.0

      I am a LG G4 user, the phone can find the A6 watch, but the app can not find it. What can I do. Will you company update the app????????????

      @Alex, It's quite sad to see that you guys don't respond to your emails and messages. I backed this project 4 bands and haven't received a single one yet. Quite a shame, at least respond in this era of social media.

      @Alex (Creator), I can't speak for the Android app, however, the iOS still needs a lot of work. I'm not sure how the app is optimized for syncing. It takes longer to sync and I lost the previous days data. The issue with Metric/British measurement. The app is switched to British but the band with show metric even though the app measurement is correct in miles. The app and band should have the same measurement. I also noticed that even when I save the HR to Intelligent, it will show as off whenever I open the app; even if the app is running in the background.

      As far as I can tell the iOS is not improved, at least with my experience with it.

      Please update again soon with all the issues the backers have cited.

      I am still having great problems with the Android app. History (steps and heart rate) doesn't work, drains lot of battery and sync works only sometimes.
      Please do a major upgrade of the app...please please please

      Guess what my band STILL does not connect 90% of the time go figure... And YES I know how to hook it up and what not to do...

      This turned out to be a useless regular watch. My HRM works on certain days and the app crashes way too much. I would ask for a refund but I see no one has gotten their Refunds processed.....smh

      Can you increase the max weight to 400lbs or 180 KG for more accurate reading on larger men.

      Had updated the app (Android), then stuck at firmware update for an hour nothing happen...
      Use the OTA tool also nothing happen.

      This update looks promising... I just wish my PulseBand would still work, it won't even charge its battery!

      Hi, I still don't have my refund code. I asked for it AGES ago. Please email me the refund code!!!! My boyfriend got his almost a month ago and we want to mail the band back together.
