05/30 Update for HeartRateError Solution
Thank you so much for the great supports and helpful feedback you provided.
Here come two solutions for problems that some may encounter:
- For those who have HeartRateError08 shown, please fully charge your band before using the heart rate function.
- If the heart rate monitor is set to Sport Mode all the time and all features fully enabled, the battery might drain much faster and thus, need more frequency in recharge. For now, we have yet found any defective battery in samples and returns.
- When changing the heart rate mode, please make sure that the setting has been successfully synced with the band.
