DFU Mode Solution

Dear Backers,  

Thank you so much for the great supports and helpful feedback you provided. While many PulseBand users updated the firmware, some might run into DFU mode accidentally.

For those whose bands are in DFU mode by accident, please go to the settings in your Vidonn app and use the "Firmware Upgrade Rescue" for your A6 band.

For those who are trying to do the firmware upgrade but got disconnected before it successfully upgraded, please hold the button of your band for 10 seconds and go back in your app. Then you could try another time. The upgrading might need a little bit patience and the time varies from device to device.

      I am truly disappointed in this product. It was advertised with great features, but very short on delivery. I wish to receive a refund because the band which I received is not functioning.

      thank you for the A6. what first sounded like an awesome product seems to be a not (properly) working device that doesn't do what you claim it would.
      counting steps isn't correct
      sleeptracking isn't correct
      heartmode isn't correct.
      pulseband isn't waterproof

      I would like a refund. please explain the process to refund.

      they sent me the wrong colour device, never got a reply on my emails, and now the damn thing is not working, no service ! I WANT MY REFUND ASAP !

      Nothing happens. This is the worst service. I'd like to demand a refund since you can't make this product work for me.

      Mine just died during upgrade and is not responding at all. Tried all the suggestions but no life.
      Come on guys, this is awful service. Please tell us how to fix it or stop the project as you seem unable to fix any of the problems.

      Not sure if the upgraded firmware makes a difference. The app is still mostly non-functional on my iPad - freezes and crashes most of the time, and does not save data to compare. Sleep function non-existant. Unless there is news to address these issues, I would also like a refund for my band. It works to keep time, count steps, and give a good estimate of my heart rate, but really want a decent app!

      [Android] It was super confusing, but I figured it out.

      -Establish Bluetooth connection between A6 and Vidonn app as normally directed (Unsure, but most likely establish a wifi connection on phone with Vidonn app)
      -Plug A6 into USB charger and begin charging
      -Open Vidonn app
      -Press "Device" or slide menu out from side
      -Press "Other Settings"
      -Check to see if "Current Version" and "New Version" are different. Otherwise, no update is available.
      -Press "Firmware Upgrade"
      -Wait. % on app will increase and a status bar will appear on the A6.

      In short, the update system does not function, terrible app, none-existant qualtiy control, amateurish all round.

      I want a refund. Send me the details of how to get a refund.

      My PulseBand does not display anything anymore now, despite it has been charging all night.

      Hi fellow backers. It seems I've come into an issue upgrading. Wondering if anyone can advise.

      As I was installing/updating another application opened up "DfuTarg" and now paired with my phone.

      My A6 band now has the update icon (arrow pointing upwards) and I can't do anything from this point. I've tried holding down the sensor for 10 seconds. I get a DFU mode then it reverts back to the arrow.

      Would appreciate suggestions.

      Dear Alex,
      The PulseBand works quite well but the App is not on the same quality level. Every second word in the German Version is wrong, or not readable because they are overlapping.
      Where can I find the changelog of the firmware update?

      A great feature would be to define the function of the button (at least the long click) by the user or give the option to deactivate the stopwatch esp. in night mode. It is quite annoying when it starts while sleeping.
      The sleep diagram on the website is nice, the version on the app is not readable.

      "Firmware Upgrade Rescue" isn't working for me. The firmware is downloaded and the iOS app reports "Preparing to upgrade" but no progress bar is shown on the band. Another failure for Vidonn. I still want a refund.
