Connection Trouble Shooting

Before we post the full trouble shooting guide, please note that

Please always pair the band in the app. Never connect it in the Bluetooth settings.

In case of a failure in connection, please disconnect and forget your device in the Bluetooth settings, and connect in the app again.

      I received my monitor today YAY! and I had installed the app last week but now I can't get into it. It won't accept any password I put in, won't let me do the forgotten password thing. I've even uninstalled and reinstalled it, all to no avail. Help please!

      @Ivan - my heart rate monitor didn't work until I tightened the band a notch. It may also help to turn it so the screen is on your pulse point, not on top. My bpm is not accurate (190 resting!), but at least I got a value!

      I did try different way to connect the watch, either connect by apps only and connect by bluetooth. But still can not. And I find that, your guide show, I should choose the model of the watch before I search it. But I don't find the choose watch manual of the apps

      @ Mike - thanks so much for the advice! It took me awhile to figure it out (I never knew there was such an option on my device), but got the app installed on my iPad now. Next step, to count my steps, of course!

      @ Diana, there is no specific iPad app. When in the App Store on your iPad, go to the top left of the screen after you do the search and change the drop-down choice to iPhone only. You should then see the Vidonn app.

      The heart rate sensor on my band does not work either and there is a lack of communication. I am being respectful and considerate may be consideration and respect will be shown to the backers!

      Heart rate sensor does not work and the device does not get updated. The software is very buggy !!

      Please fix this problem.

      I was unable to find an App on my iPad to sync it, so have no way to run this thing!!! It keeps track of my steps, but I can't change the time, etc. Please advise!

      Besides the troubleshooting guide, I hope there is an update in the works for both the device firmware and the iOS and Android apps to correct the issues most backers are experiencing. Receiving the bands is one thing. Having it work as described in the campaign is another and even more important.

      Hi Alex, I have a Galaxy S5. In the beginning it worked fine. Now it does not Its not connected in the BT section AND the program can not find it. Its is REAL bug and it needs to be addressed I have owned a fitbit for awhile, the FLEX and it has NEVER, EVER had issues like this. Your program needs work too it is nowhere near as good as the Fitbit.

      The band works on lg4 but does not work on Sony z5 premium. It can't find the pulseband.

      Don't you have someone to work on tracking number for international backer?
