The 'I Choose You' video is ready!

[this is Dave commenting]

I have just finished uploading the I Choose You video to YouTube. As with most of the recent videos, this one shows the proof printing, start to finish. It also includes a 'bonus' section - a series of scenes of our five printers all working on their batch of this print:

And with this video, my part of this Kickstarter project is done! We have now shipped to Jed all the prints that were ordered during the campaign (and a whole lot more too). It has been a very long road, but extremely satisfying.

We here in Tokyo offer our most sincere 'thank you' to the backers; your support of this project has made a huge difference in our lives, and to the careers of a number of people here. Our workshop is now on a strong foundation, and we are looking forward to  building it from here, small step by step, and making many more beautiful prints over the years to come.

Thank you once more and ... (see you again here on Kickstarter, I'm sure!)

Dave and the crew

[Now to Jed]

I also want to thank all of you wonderful backers. You have changed my life, and given me a new artistic drive. This project was possible only through your patronage. The best part is that we're not done yet! Plans for the future continue to materialize. We keep pulling more and more artists into Dave's operation.

Anyway, here's video proof that we've shipped the last prints fort this Kickstarter. (Yet again, Dave shows my video up with his great camerawork!)

Congratulations :) I sure hope to see more from everyone involved! It's probably been the most fascinating and fun project I've ever followed. I must admit, I've been longing for your inspirational video updates everytime I checked my inbox ;-)
Glad to see all of this having kicked off a great time for all of you (even if LOTS of work).

It's amazing to see the amazing work that has been accomplished the last year and a half. Great job! Count me in for future projects and prints.

Congratulations to everyone involved on completing! This has been by far my favorite project on this site. I'm sure I'll be getting prints from you guys for years to come.

Consider sending out one last update showing off the new designs and explaining the portraits, I'm sure many people don't know and would love to find out about all that. Not one but two FF6 prints!
