      Received my second version of the Just Mount. The magnet is strong, the case holds well to the magnet.

      I've been using the magnetic case for a while now and it's great and now with the magnet I can use both items as intended.

      The magnet is much better packaged this time as well and the brushed look, looks great.

      I received my JustMount quite a while ago, but only started using it yesterday. I've got to say... that's one WEAK magnet. I attempted to put a keyring with 6 keys on it, then 5, then 4, and finally was able to get it to stay up with ONE key.

      Is there something I can do to strengthen the magnet so it will hold a solid keyring? It's frustrating to have to pare down my keys to accommodate the product's weak magnet.

We've been working with our factory to improve their quality control checks and are pleased to report that we’ll have replacement JustMounts to send to you within 3 weeks.

      If its any consolation, you won't be using the product when you get it anyways, unless you're after a paper weight or in my case a door stop. From the previous comments and experience it doesn't function as it should unfortunately

If these are not going to be delivered as promised, please refund my money. I'd been looking forward to getting them and am really disappointed in both the service and communications.

      Same issues as many others. The fabric on the TidyTilt began to separate within days and the section above the camera bent within hours. Was unusable after about two weeks.

      Had to pick up my JustMount etc. from a local customs office. Customs at Frankfurt Airport, Germany, didn't process my parcel like they should/would because you didn't put a bill on the outside. Bit annoying.

      Concerning the products delivered: my JustMount isn't scratched but brushed inevenly. It holds my iPhone 5 and some keys. So far so good!

      about 4 months later, the small piece of plastic snapped near the volume control given how pressure is easily applied there. I've used super glue to put it back in place but it only lasts about a week before it breaks again

      a little sad about it, might have to see if i can cut it off or something and make it look presentable

      Magnet on this product is very weak... It seems like it can only handle 1 key and not even a keyring with 2 or fewer keys on it.

      Now that I've had my case or a few weeks, I just want to put my 2 cents in. I love it. I know the case isn't the most protective but I like how sleek it is. I bought a black on black case (for those wondering) and my only issue with the back magnet was that the corner where the camera is would fold back and forth in my pockets.

      It's been a week or two since I've cut the corner off with a scissor and the case is still holding up nicely. I'll probably need a new back magnet eventually and the first thing I will do is chop the corner off.

      As for the tidy tilt itself, mine came nicely packaged and in perfect condition. It won't hold my keys but I suspect that is because not everything is magnetic on my keyring. I mounted mine right near my bed when my alarm goes off I can just roll over and glance at my phone.

      All around a very nice product and since I received it I haven't felt the need to switch back to my Otterbox Commuter.

      i was able to pick up my tidytilt+ and justmount today at my local customs in germany.
      after checking both things, my justmount has a lot of scratches an the magnet is not able to hold a keyring with only 3 keys on it.
      additionally, my grey tidytilt+ has a lot of black spots on the outside so it looks very ugly and not like shown in your pictures.
      what will yo do now? will i get a new grey tidytilt+ for iphone 5 and a new justmount?

      Same here. Won't hold my keys, came scratched. I received a message that they were working with manufacturer and would gladly send me a replacement. Nothing yet. Maybe they're still working with the manufacturer.

      I am however confident that they will rectify the issues with the magnet strength and the scratches. It's unfortunate that the consumer received the products in these conditions. Possibly the manufacturer's lack of Quality Control, honestly.

      I was able to peal back the magnet on the back cover. Glued it on my cover for phone. Works great. Powerful magnet.

      Hello. I received my Just Mount several days ago, before I opened the package, surprise. I noticed it was scratched.
      I was thinking "Well, no worries, if it works fine it doesn't matter" but yet another surprise. The magnets barely hold one key, let alone a bunch of keys or several keychains. I was looking forward to having one but right now I'm quite dissapointed and I'm not happy with the product at all. What am I going to do with a magnet that doesn't work?. Is there any solution?.

      Anв more, the magnet takes not all the surface ((( it takes just a part, so one front part of Mound magnetize better than other, and I can not use additional magnets to make it more useful because it can not hold key ring wit 4 keys!!!!!

      Holding my keychain was the main goal, so it's kinda disapointing to me.

      Congratulations on the logitech deal and congratulations on your product - mine arrived last weekend and whilst not 100% without marks, it's great and works just fine - the magnets work well too. No issues from me with the product

      My only issue is that having paid quite a lot for an iphone case and mount, I was surprised to have to pay $18 in customs charges to collect it.

      I hate being negative but I'm hoping that you will want to give me back the additional postage I was made to pay!

      JustMount was scratched and magnet is not strong enough to hold my iphone5 or my three keys key chain. I am very disappointed.
