I'm really into the Gluten Free thing. I'm looking at local bakeries and hopefully I'll find one that will work with me on a recipe for buns! And as far as other menu items? I've been cooking up a storm coming up with all kinds of crazy ideas. I want to start simple - just burgers - but once I'm comfortable I'll expand (assuming I'm able to get the right ingredients locally).
Think exotic and creative. Smoked condiments, modernist cuisine, things you won't see anywhere else.
