You did it! Aeon Trespass: Nymphs more than doubled its goal! Thank you!

Posted by Into the Unknown (Creator)

The campaign is now over. They told us it couldn’t be done and here we are, with more than double our initial goal amount! And it’s all thanks to you. A successful campaign reaching the finish line may be normal to a lot of you, especially those Superbackers among you, but for us it was a sometimes thrilling, sometimes terrifying emotional rollercoaster.

I (Marcin) trembled when I pushed the ‘launch campaign’ button. When we hit that first bump after the initial burst of activity, around Thanksgiving, and the campaign just stopped for a heartbeat - our own hearts stopped with it. Then we moved past that obstacle and carried on, got into a steady beat even... before the last ~48h, when we skyrocketed beyond our wildest expectations.

We showed you a glimpse of what we’ve been working on for the last 18 months, Aeon Trespass: Odyssey. We will keep you posted on that, so keep an eye on this space and on our Facebook page.

And these last few hours, with the goal amount counter always ticking, with the back and forth with you guys, it’s been great. Really, truly great!

You helped us realize our dreams and urged us on our way - into the unknown. We won’t squander your trust. We’re committed to delivering you your pledges on time, even with the additional work required for the stretch goal Nymphs. We’re committed to deliver you tons of great new content in 2018 and to make Aeon Trespass: Odyssey the best game possible.

Thank you!

Pledge manager

You've been asking for it and here it is. I am proud to announce that about an hour ago we’ve finalized our talks with a provider, and will be handling your pledges through a pledge manager, which is a more robust way of handling a rather complicated (due to the number of different configurations) Kickstarter campaign as this one. You will of course get a last chance to grab the miniature sets you’re missing (at your initial pledge level prices, if the manager allows us to differentiate this) too.

We estimate the pledge manager will launch at the beginning of January

The curious case of the Curiosity Nymph...

As predicted, the Sun was too tough an enemy to beat in such a short amount of time. We all knew it going in. But you know what? It’s never about winning, it’s about trying and not giving up, this whole campaign is a testament to that. There’s always the next time and the Sun isn’t going anywhere. And at almost 33k, you would have unlocked her, if she was just a normal stretch goal. So... the Curiosity Nymph is unlocked for all and will be available to you through the pledge manager. Moreover, this may not be the last word on this subject, so – you guessed it – stayed tuned!

Sorry from those of us who saved the campaign to favorites for later. At the time I didn't have a lot of expendable income and wasn't sure if I would for this time of year. (Christmas and all). So I had to wait til the end to make sure.

I intend on using some of these nymphs as goddesses' for a dnd campaign I am planning.. Sort of a dimension hopping labyrinth campaign.. What is everyone else thinking?
And of course when your game campaign launches I will use them in that ;)
