      Your website is still not showing anything. The blogs there were all from templates, and the product page was still saying “this is a product”.

      You may want to put some real updates there. Or else, please don’t link the website.

      @Joux I have already explained what happened, I tell the story. I sent out the prototype, there's reviews, there's game play, there's rule book. I really don't understand, if people like the game, just back it. If people don't trust me, no matter how much information I give, people still won't trust me.

      @Brian. You are showing a projet that you want to be fund. You need 150 000 HK$. What that will cover ? Explain your business plan. Did you contact a factory ? How did you get the shipping estimation fees ? What is your experience in game production ?
      Update : After update 2, you need to do a update 3 to explain your story, the people who work on your projet and your business plan. You have to prove that you can handle the game from the design, production and shipping.

      @Joux I am 100% not fake. I have created this game for years. I have game tested for 100+times. I sent out my prototypes for review. I put many efforts on it. Even every characters have their own story and background.

      @Joux I see.. The story is, as I am a boardgame designer that didn't have much idea about marketing and KS. Then a local company approached me and told me many things about KS, and that's how they build trust. After building trust, they told me to focus on my boardgame and they will do the marketing job and promise me they will find backers for me. Then turn out they found some "fake" backers for me and I cannot even contact them now.

      @Brian. Work on the packaging is no use after using a marketing company with fake backers. You have to prove that you are not fake. Otherwise, don't expect trust from backers. So tell us your story and who worked on that projet, things that you are avoiding till now...

      Yes I remembered your name, you are one of the first backers. I am now doing the marketing myself, I contacted some boardgame blogs and websites, I wrote some press release and articles. I am studying the stats of my campaign. Hope it will go well and come back to the right track.

      Sorry guys, I mistrusted a marketing company, what happened now is all my fault. As this is my project, no matter that company did right or wrong, I need to take this responsibility.
      When I hear this new, I almost collapse and wanted to end the project. However, I love this project, I love CALAS. Therefore, I am not giving up! I will continue to finish the campaign even end up it cannot be funded.

      They lost a ton of funding, so I'm wondering if they had a marketing company put up the initial money to get funded quickly so that people would rush to jump on. I mean, we all look first at projects that fund fast because they create more hype that way. I guess it backfired on them though, so now we're back at the REAL numbers for who has backed the project. Seems a bit fishy to me

      First of all, thank you for your support and comment! There are 6 “dice cards” that can be used to modify each number once. Only after 4 rounds (income phase) the “dice cards” will be refreshed and can be used again. However, some characters have the ability use the “dice cards” more than once.

      I’ve backed at 570 including shipping at the moment.
      I’m not a fan of roll and move but the idea of the dice modifiers are interesting.
      Do you just get 1 modifier of each number, to last be whole game, or can you earn more as the game progresses?

      @Ash Kawabe Thank you for your feedback, it is much appreciated.
      I am mindful of the different level of pledges, and I believe that it caters to a broader spectrum of backers and pledgers with different interests and “appetite” 🙂.
      My view (rightly or wrongly) is that it is fairer for backers who are more “invested” in the project to be entitled to the expansion reward, as a return for their confidence in me and the game.
      I would encourage you to consider upgrading to a different tier as it will bring the stretch reward closer to reality.

      mmm ill back the early bird for now... but this project seems incomplete. why have a early bird pledge with no stretch expansion rewards... the idea of stretch rewards is to get more people to back the project I hate when there are tiers for pledges, leaves backers less likely to push for rewards if only some people are getting them.

      I came to say you might have a better chance finding with some more details of the game plays including visual examples and gifs of a turn/round structure . Also we need to see actual close ups of the components and art. Right now things are too vague.

      @Riccardo Thanks for the question! CALAS requires a minimum of 2 players for an optimal game experience. Unfortunately, it does not support solo rules at the moment. :)
