I didn't even realize that these had shipped. I never received mine. Were there tracking numbers?

I've sent a few emails and posted several messages about trying to change my address over the last 6 months, so, since it's too late for that, is there any way to track the packages so that I might have SOME hope in hell of getting someone to pick up the package when it arrives at my old address?

    3. Felipe Mascarenhas on January 3, 2014

When the book ships, should we receive a notification?

Hello! I have the DELUX ARTIST PACKAGE with extras is there any way or chance I can see if mine has even shipped yet? I have sent emails and have had NO responses yet. Please advise.

Good Evening, I'm an international backer for "The Complete Elmore Artbook", is there any way to chek shipping status??

      Thanks in advance.

    6. Tammy Corpier Hughes on December 22, 2013

I sent an email with a change of address. I also posted here I had a change of address. I'm really worried that our package was sent to our old address. I would highly appreciate a response of verification of address, please. We are really looking forward to receiving our Elmore package.

I got my book day before yesterday! It's beautiful. Thanks!

Do you still have copies for sale? I brought it in to the office and people flipped out. Please let us know if we can order more!

Awesome book! I am so glad that I backed this.

    11. Chronowraith on December 17, 2013

My copy arrived today! It's beautiful and all the hard work and effort you've put into this book certainly paid off. This book is well worth the wait. Thank you Mr. Elmore for all of your years of creativity! You've offered inspiration to many readers, gamers, and enthusiasts over the years.

    12. Derek W. White on December 16, 2013

Oh, man. Can't wait until my copy arrives. So looking forward to it.

    13. Lance Runkle on December 12, 2013

The book is awesome to say the least. I am so happy I backed this. You are an amazing talent and having grown up looking at your art it is nice to have a book like this. Thank you for doing this.

    14. David Autzen on December 11, 2013

Mine arrived today (Springfield, IL); have to try to wait until after work to immerse myself in its pages...

    15. Steven Carroll on December 10, 2013

Personally, I have yet to participate in a kickstarter that delivered "On Time". No worries. You guys look exhausted, try and get some sleep now!

    16. High Priest of Syrinx on December 5, 2013

Way to hang in there Larry and Ken! I'm sure it's been a long journey but hopefully you can kick back and enjoy the fruits of your labors for a while.

    17. Keovar on December 5, 2013

From what I hear, just about every Kickstarter is late. The first one I ever pledged to was launched last October, would supposedly have been out in January, and now it's almost a year late and we've only gotten 6 updates, with a long stretch between the update in May the next in October.

I had the chance to sit down with Larry and go over the book.

The quality is outstanding. You guys will not be disappointed.

    19. Paula Haynes on December 4, 2013

Can't wait. Will be so glad to get it for Danny. Don't want you to feel any guilt. it is ok that it did not go as fast as you anticipated.

    20. Peter Bradley on December 4, 2013

No worries guys. I figured there might be a hiccup or three. Get some sleep, you both look tired.

    21. tre manor on December 4, 2013

First Kickstarters almost NEVER go as planned. Trust em I have been there! ;)

Don't sweat it on my account, I will be very happy to receive my book when it arrives. Thanks for all of your effort and heart ache in this effort.

    22. Kimberly Moser on December 4, 2013

No reason to be sorry - the task was huge and all the stretch goal materials . . . wow!

    23. Sabrina Miller on December 4, 2013

No complaints here! I cannot wait to see it!!!

    24. Brian Young on December 4, 2013

No complaints from me at all about the delay -- it's only a couple of months and the amount of extra value and the obvious quality of the book more than explain it. Really looking forward to it in the next month or so (I got a doodle so am expecting to be a little later, of course). Thanks!

I'd rather have an excellent book, than an on time one. I look forward to receiving it. Great job guys!

    26. Theobeau:OOoE\Mad man with a box/Exiled on December 4, 2013

Like everyone else who posted here, I have no problems with the delivery date; it looks like it was done and done well.

Fingers crossed for a pre-Xmas delivery but realistically (Sydney, Australia) expecting it in 2014.

    27. Glenn Copeland
      on December 4, 2013

I am perfectly OK with a project delivering 'late', and seriously do not understand anyone that makes plans based on the ESTIMATED delivery given for a project.
Quality is far more important than meeting some Set In Stone ship date.
Looking forward to drooling over your work, with appropriate measures in place to avoid damaging the product.

      on December 4, 2013

      Happy to hear it!

Just one thing: for us international backers, please do NOT use courier shipping. Because I'm not going to accept the extra charges, so it'll just get sent back and you'll have to do it over anyway. ;)

I've had a kickstarter fail on me, and they say they're refunding part of my money. I've had others delayed, one is still over a year past estimated delivery. With you guys, couple months late for all the work and extra you did is no prob. Shoot, I'm so glad I'm getting mine I'll even say you could delay my shipment so others get them first making less to complain. Good job, keep it up!

    30. Eric Campbell on December 4, 2013

Thanks for the update, but no worries. As has been mentioned, once the scope of the project started to increase so dramatically, I disregarded the original estimated date. A masterpiece like this requires time and I'm more than happy to wait as long as necessary. ^_^

      John T Cox on December 4, 2013

Taking into account the expanded size of the book and all the extras, I think the delay is to be expected. Considering, I will be getting so many more pages than, no apology is necessary. Instead, my thanks for doing this for us Larry.

    32. Sonnie McAleer on December 4, 2013

Hey, you delivered, that's the important part

    33. Stacey Wentworth Brooks on December 3, 2013

Sounds like it will be on time to be under our Christmas tree so I'm good! Thanks Larry!

    34. "Filkertom" Tom Smith

'Sfunny: given the scope of this project, and especially how it grew with the stretch goals, the least of my concerns was getting it at the original promised August date. I wanted this sucker done right, you wanted it done right, everybody wanted it done right.

It sounds as if it has been done right. Therefore, very much worth the wait. Please don't beat yourself up over it – you had an immense project, and you finished the main part of it. It's all good.

Now then: SnarfQuest! Yeah, that's overdue. Most excellent.

You really shouldn't worry so much about being late. It does say "estimated delivery" and things don't always work out ideally. I think most of us backers understand that.
