All or Nothing

Well, comrades, here we are: the last week of the And We Were Young campaign. We’ve been steadily gaining ground…but now it’s a race against time.

The thing about a Kickstarter campaign, see, is that it’s all or nothing. We either reach our goal of the whole $30,000 by June first and we have our budget, or we fall short and we don’t get to keep anything. Nada. Bupkus. Zilch.

We’re at about $12,000 now. Obviously, we still have a ways to go. The math looks daunting ($18,000 in one week? Gulp!), but it can be done. It HAS been done, and we’re going to do it again.

If you’ve been keeping up with the And We Were Young campaign, you already know the unique beast you’re dealing with: a silhouette animation WWI documentary with a radical new vision of America’s first big foreign military intervention, equal parts stunning beauty and shocking brutality.

There’s never been anything like And We Were Young, nor will there be again.
This is going to be a timely and talked-about movie in the next few years, and one that will track a lot of glory back to the people who helped make it happen.

People like you. Now is the time to support it. Like us on Facebook. Forward this email to ten people. Most of all, dig deep and pledge generously. You get amazing things in return.

From the bottom of my heart I am asking you to help me will this dream into being. Thank you.
