Hi there everyone,

We hope that you’re all having a good week!

To get you through until add-on day, we thought it might be nice to give you some extra content. Some of you have been voicing concerns about the game’s replayability in terms of the Mastery cards, so we’re unlocking some cards that we’d been saving for later on in the campaign!

So here they are : 6 new level 9 cards! There is one new power per Domain: each of them completely unique.

Forge: At the end of each age, you score 1 Victory point for every 2 Influence points you have. Forge is a new Craftmanship card, and can really help you to make the most out of your strategy if you’re concentrating on Cities and Influence points.

Sacred Arts: Immediately gain 2 Influence points for each Monument card in your Civilisation Tree. The new Art card is the only way for you to gain Influence points in this Domain, and gives you yet another way to capitalize on your Monuments!

Printing: Knowledge cards and Upgrades cost you -2. Printing is a new card for the Science Domain, and its effect speaks for itself! If you get your timing right, this card can allow you to save a lot of resources and really help you to optimize your Civilisation Tree!

Guilds: When you activate a City, activate all other cities connected to it. In Dominations, it’s quite common for players to have chains of Cities, meaning Cities that are on tiles adjacent to one another. Guilds lets you capitalize on this phenomenon, potentially scoring you a lot of resources! Of course, you’re going to have to have enough Cities to store all of that Knowledge.

Relics: When you activate one of your Religion Cities, gain 1 Knowledge in the Domain of your choice per Religion City that you control. This is a new Religion card, which allows you to diversify the amount of resources that you can obtain during your Growth phase.

University: When one of your Cities is activated, it produces 2 additional Knowledge. This Government Domain card gives you another way to get even more resources out of your Cities!

At a cost of 9 and each with it’s own prerequisite, these cards can be tricky to obtain, but their unique powers can really be the crowning jewel of your Civilisation tree, rounding off your strategy to perfection!

Pour vous aider à patienter jusqu'au jour des add-on, nous avons décidé de vous donner un peu de contenu supplémentaire !

Certains d'entre vous ont exprimé des inquiétudes au sujet de la rejouabilité de Dominations en termes de cartes de Savoir, alors voici quelques cartes que nous allions dévoiler un peu plus tard dans la campagne ! C’est cadeau : 6 nouvelles cartes de niveau 9 !

Il y a un nouveau pouvoir par domaine, et chacune d'entre eux est complètement unique.

Forge : A la fin de chaque âge, vous marquez 1 point de victoire pour chaque 2 points d'influence que vous avez. Forge est une nouvelle carte d'Artisanat, et peut vraiment vous aider à maximiser vos points si vous vous concentrez sur les Cités et les points d'Influence.

Arts sacrés : Gagnez immédiatement 2 points d'Influence pour chaque carte Monument dans votre Arbre des Savoirs. Cette nouvelle carte Art est le seul Savoir qui vous permet de gagner des points d'Influence dans ce domaine, et vous donne une autre façon de capitaliser sur vos Monuments !

Imprimerie : Les cartes de Savoir et les Améliorations vous coûtent -2. L'Imprimerie est une nouvelle carte pour le Domaine de la Science, et son effet peut être très puissant ! Si vous arrivez au bon moment, cette carte peut vous permettre d'économiser beaucoup de ressources et optimiser plus facilement votre Arbre de Savoirs !

Guildes : Lorsque vous activez une Cité, activez toutes les autres Cités qui y sont reliées. Dans Dominations, il est assez courant pour les joueurs d'avoir des chaînes de Cités, c'est-à-dire des Cités qui sont sur des tuiles adjacentes les unes aux autres. Guildes vous permet de capitaliser sur ce phénomène, ce qui pourrait vous rapporter beaucoup de ressources ! Bien sûr, vous allez devoir avoir assez de Cités pour stocker toutes ces Connaissances…

Reliques : Lorsque vous activez l'une de vos Cités Religion, gagnez 1 Connaissance dans le Domaine de votre choix par Cité Religion que vous contrôlez. Il s'agit d'une nouvelle carte Religion, qui vous permet de diversifier les ressources que vous pouvez obtenir pendant votre phase de Croissance.

Université : Lorsque l'une de vos Cités est activée, elle produit 2 Connaissances supplémentaires. Cette carte de domaine du Civisme vous donne un autre moyen d'obtenir encore plus de ressources de vos Cités !

Chacune de ces cartes a un coût de 9, et chacune a ses propres prérequis : elles peuvent donc être difficiles à obtenir. Cependant, leurs pouvoirs uniques peuvent devenir le joyau de votre Arbre de Savoirs, s’intégrant à votre stratégie à la perfection !

      But i think about a hard case with Guild... If i build a locus with all other domino with one of my cities. I ll activate one of them and all other next to it, then anohter one with all my connected cities again, and again, and again, until i activated each one first. My ressource limit will be full really fast, but if i open all limit, i ll win victory points many times witha locus.
      Or your should add ""When you activate one of your City, activate all your other Cities connected to it, if those one were not already activate this turn"

      This mean you can activate one of YOUR city and all your other Cities connected to it.
      Bbut you can also understand, you can activate an other player City and activate all your Cities connected to it.
      If not you should change the texte as :"When you activate one of your City, activate all your other Cities connected to it"

      To be considered adjacent, or chaining, Cities must be located on dominoes which are connected by one full side of their triangular shape. Dominoes in contact with another domino by just one of their points do not count as adjacent.

      We actually tried this idea, but it made Guilds way too powerful 😊

      Just for clarity, does 'connected' mean 'immediately adjacent' or 'sharing a corner' or 'all contiguous'? This post mentions 'chaining' and I might have misunderstood what happens with Guilds.

      I'm not entirely familiar with this game yet, but I wonder... what would happen if Guilds activated not just 'your connected cities' when you activate it, but 'all connected cities'? Guilds spread between cities, and they might not be limited to only 'your' cities.
