About this project
The Milkman Brewing team is looking to establish a boutique brewery in the City of Pittsburgh. We'll be brewing small, custom batches of beer, tailored to the specifications of our customers. You want a unique beer at your wedding? Milkman Brewing will do it! Do you run a bar or restaurant, and want to serve something that nobody else has? We will make that beer.
We also want to foster an active beer community. We encourage people to give us feedback, and to tell us what they're looking for in our product. We want to make beer that people want!
We are experimenters. We like to come up with new ideas, or put a new spin on existing ones. Any beer that passes muster will be made available to the public and added to our catalog. Some of our current recipes are our Award-Winning Peppercorn Rye, Peppermint Porter, Chocolate Caramel Coconut Stout, a Genever (Gin) Ale, and a Whiskey Barrel Imperial IPA.
To accomplish our goal, we need to upgrade our system from the 5 gallon homebrew system that we are currently using to a full-blown 2.5 barrel system. Ultimately, we wish to get the brewery licensed in order to sell custom batches of beer to local establishments, helping to improve the local beer community in Pittsburgh.
Your donation will go towards purchasing the equipment that we need to brew and distribute our beer. This includes kettles, burners, pumps, kegs, and other miscellaneous brewing items.
Help bring the Pittsburgh craft brewing scene to a new level. Let's make Milkman Brewing a reality!
Being a VIP means that we consider you a lifetime friend of the brewery. This means you will be given access to certain batches not made available to the public. This means you get first dibs on tickets to our events. This means you are the first sounding board the brewers go to when they want to try something new. This is for people who love beer. This is for people who want to see beer grow.
