Deployment buckle explained and pics from happy people
This week had to bring back a watch to "watch-daddy" Jonas as one of our backers had some problems with the buckle... but it worked perfectly fine somehow... Some of you might have read in the comments section already...
We were actually surprised and worried if we might have made a mistake on our buckle which we did not detect when testing and assembling the watches one by one. Because this buckle design is meant to be "pain-free" and "super-reliable" . It took us a long time to develop its function and get rid of the traditional flaws we know from so many standard off-the-shelf buckles.
What we did not consider, before sending out the watches, is that for some of our Kickstarter backers operating a deployment buckle is new and might need some initial explanation. Sorry that we did not come up with a video earlier in our campaign to make sure everybody understands how it is designed and operated...
Sorry... I am not the perfect review person... I tried my best late last evening when our office was quiet and all people were gone.
It is somehow fun finding finding talking with my smartphone about our own products;-) More movies to come I am sure!

Besides the function itself perhaps for some of you it might be interesting to have a look into google patents, as we filed for patent protection of this unique design.

And here some nice pics from happy Jonas K1 owners.
Good to see that people all over the world enjoy our products. Kickstarter is a great thing... unthinkable some years before...

And Jonas the master himself happily watching rugby with his girl friend at the Rugby World Cup 2015 in England. Well deserved and safe back home now in good old Switzerland;-)
