We at KC's Home made Bread want to do something simple yet amazing and that is, provide the highest quality breads you have ever eaten! Bread is our passion and something we dont take lightly. From tedious hours spent perfecting recipes to bake times and everything in between, we dream in bread. A project like this allows us to do many things that will push the company towards owning and operating a full fledged commercial bakery! Things like business licensing costs, application fees, product cost, equipment and many others. With a proper business plan in place as well as the capital and initiative shown through things of the associated manner, the business will better qualify for said small business loans to cover the initial start up of a commercial sized bakery. Every dollar pushes us closer to our goal of one day being able to bring the freshest and best tasting bread from our home, to all of yours, thank you!
Risks and challenges
A bakery is not an easy job, even with passion and dedication many hard working people have failed in their dream to own and operate a successful one. But we at KC's Home made Bread believe one concept helps us to achieve superior and consistent results and that is, keep it simple. Simple ingredients make for a better tasting and easier product that doesnt have the restrictions some more complex operations would. Head Chef KC is also no fool, he graduated from Le Cordon Bleu in 2011 with honors and completed his internship, as well as worked at for some time, a 4th generation Danish bakery. His experience also includes working as a night baker for Panera Bread as well as many years at home perfecting his techniques and recipes. We also stick with what we know and love and thats bread.
